“If I don’t have the fortune, I don’t want the fame. :P ” ~ Abella Arthur
I’m getting more into Astronomy. I’m not sure what planets or fixed stars I was looking at tonight but along with the Moon, I felt a sense of calm as they washed over me. Breath-taking, calming, powerful… Check out Earth Sky sky gazing for information.
Now let me play you a song from one of my favourite artists, a Darwin lover who admirably named one of his albums Science! I’m a skeptic too and into science but not to the exclusion of spirit. Yet, I get why Thomas needed science to help stabilize what was going on in his world at the time. I’m also not for scam artists. I don’t sell or tell what I can’t prove with my own research and experiences. If I do, I call it theory.
And I tell you Thomas, when I look up at the sky I feel anything but real — it’s magic, magical.
If you’re in Toronto, consider an alternative mall experience. Carrot Common Mall:
1. Relax at Big Carrot Dispensary. Try out the large number of lotion testers for a shot of aromatherapy.
2. Go find a gem of a book at Book City!
3. Then head over to the Organic Juice Bar and enjoy your reading material or do some people watching at the window bar. The monthly specials are very neat. I had a GABBA & Matche Green Latte “Clear and Calm” tea… it did the job!
4. Hop over to Gifts from the Earth and soak in the smells, energy, and metaphysical goodness.
5. If it’s a nice day, take a seat in the courtyard and listen to the birds sing and/or do some organic and healthy shopping at The Big Carrot. As much as I love the store, I don’t like the cafe there. The servers don’t seem to enjoy their work and the food isn’t especially yummy. That’s my opinion. YMMV. I do pick up the fresh baked cookies wrapped in plastic. They’re yummy!
There’s other shops there too — Explore and Enjoy… ♥
Think of tarot as ‘working with or using tarot’ to answer your questions rather than tarot being the one giving you the answer. All answers are within because we are connected to spirit and the universe. Tarot is not an entity in and of itself, but rather a tool to help you access your own wisdom. Your Tarot Teacher, Abella
Notes drawn from AdZe: Septile – Spiritual power, divine downloads, self-knowledge, non-conforming harmony (like Venus / Jupiter / Trine)
“There is a whole family of septile aspects including the septile, bi-septile and tri-septile forming one, two and three sevenths of a circle respectively. Septiles are measured in denominations of fifty-one degrees twenty-five minutes, one hundred two degrees fifty one minutes five seconds and one-hundred-fifty-four degrees, seventeen minutes and two seconds. The septile family of aspects is very different. They divide the circle into one, two and three sevenths respectively. This is the first series of aspects that to not divide evenly. This is a somewhat irrational force of energy, something sacred and holy going on here. Much like the number seven, Septiles contain spiritual power and imply the possibility of cosmic intervention. Septiles indicate harmony and union though in a non-conforming way. These aspects can indicate extraordinary creative efforts at self-knowledge and ultimate understanding and can be a real turn on. Septiles resonate with Venus, Cardinal, Air and Libra energy.” AdZe MiXXe.
I have Mercury Septile Jupiter, Mars Tri-Septile Ascendant, Venus Tri-Septile North Node, and Sun Septile Uranus.
This aspect stimulates ‘divine downloads’ from the universal highway.
Divine insights or allowing the native to view the world (things and themselves too) in ways that few others do, is partly what this aspect does. One would expect the native to have had formal training, to arrive at what they do, but they haven’t!!
The Septile gives inspiration, is inspirational, or motivational. For example, Mercury Septile Jupiter can indicate “motivational speaking’ or writing ‘inspirational wisdom’. Sun Septile Uranus, an inspirational ‘role model’ for self-empowerment and “beating to your own drum”, and self-confidence or one that is inspired towards these pursuits.
Meditation or martial arts are especially helpful for any native who hasn’t tapped into the power of their Septiles, because it helps quiet or slow down energy to listen to / receive ‘divine downloads’.
Personality wise, it could indicate having an Autistic or Asperger’s type temperament but I haven’t tested this theory yet! Oh, I just found this Facebook note by astrologer David Rowan talking about how Septiles could be connected to this. I have mild dyslexia, by the way.
Do you have a Septile aspect?

It takes me until about 2:20 to ‘show’ you what I’m talking about. Sorry for the high pitch sound in the background. I think I’ll do this one over again. My explanation is a bit jilted (need to cut the Virgo down to a beautiful GEMin’eye’ size) and I have a bit of a cold too.
Maybe one day I’ll get noticed and not have to work so hard. My Virgo South Node (stellium) is tired of trying to prove my worth. Ahhh, North Node Pisces in the 2nd house says: Don’t bother. Let go! Trying to ‘prove something’ to another is bad for your self-esteem. But I also ask: Why am I not taken seriously at times? Is it because I’m bouncy?
Tarot is YOUR life.
It contains the big milestones and events in your life (education, marriage, divorce, moving out, graduation, paying taxes, etc.) as well as the everyday things you do (house cleaning, working out, eating, sex, etc.). In this way, it’s Saturnian and earthy — it illustrates your whole human life from birth to death. It’s also there for you so that you can navigate the murky waters of life with more finesse. And that’s why tarot is by the people, for the people. However, the act of reading cards is generally Neptunian. TarotSeek blends the earthy and water qualities in tarot so that everyone can learn tarot with ease.
Tarot tells the true story of YOUR life. If you’re afraid of tarot, you’re afraid of life. — My Jupiter in Libra would like to add the word, ‘probably’. ;-)

Seems as if I might have coined the phrase: “Tarot is for and by the people.” and derivatives such as “Tarot is for the people, by the people.”, and “Tarot is by the people, for the people”. Cool! :D
My tarot philosophy is to come up with your own keywords and descriptions before you taint yourself with the impressions of others. I created this worksheet back in 2006 to help you with this: http://www.divineclass.com/downloads/78TarotKeysC.pdf Your Tarot Teacher, Abella
“The houses tell us about how the planets and signs actively live out their desired drama in our lives as well as the roles we are to play and why.” Abella Arthur
“The PLANets have plans for us. The Signs are the style in which we carry out those plans.” Abella Arthur
“I see aspects, as requests or opportunities. The chart, a series of questions. Your whole natal being, a quest.” Abella Arthur

Last year I was about to finish the last three major arcana meanings from the tarot but then Saturn forced Mars to a halt. I hope to get it finished soon, then on to the minor suits. I think everyone should write their own tarot book of keywords and descriptions, especially tarot teachers.
If you are into tarot cards and tarot card meanings, have a look at my tarot card meanings blog. Find and add a meaning. “Tarot is for and by the people.” Abella Arthur
I like to take the mysticism out of the occult when teaching metaphysical subjects. Why? Because I often work with Learners who don’t consider themselves mystics and therefore the learning curve is much shorter when we face the material in practical and Saturnian terms.

Most tarot books are like trying to learn English from a dictionary or thesaurus. Keywords and descriptions won’t help you put a sentence together nor will they give you an accurate tarot reading. Your Tarot Teacher, Abella
This is why most beginner’s have a hard time learning tarot from a book. Try TarotSeek http://www.TarotSeek.com — from a book, but teaches what you need to know – how to actually read the cards.
Try this: Take your first and/or last name and try to find words in it, by sound or otherwise. For example, Arthur has the words art, and her as well as hidden or shadow words: rut, rat, and wrath. Glean meaning.
If you’re wondering how: Sun Conjunct Mars, is the answer. It acts like Aries going way over the speed limit. Aries on my 3rd house cusp. 90+WPM.
I’m doing the first session of my “TarotSeek Learn & Know” program with a client / learner tonight. I do love sharing success (want you to as well) and TarotSeek is the best way — yes, I’m not shy to say ;-) — to do objective self-tarot readings, especially for the non-professional. http://www.TarotSeek.com

I can imagine that after I die, people will say they knew me and will largely have false thoughts about who or what I was. It’d be less arrogant to say: She was complex, barely scratched the surface on that one. Neptune in the 10th, Stellium in the 8th.
I’m a hard-core communicator and I have an upside down ‘bowl’ aspect pattern. If I didn’t love ‘sharing awesome’, I would write everything down in a personal notebook for no one else to see. Sometimes I wish I wasn’t so interested in sharing (aka teaching) — it doesn’t seem to support my personal goals.

When asking a question, please keep it on topic. Anything that requires reading your whole chart (& most questions do) is best left for a professional consultation. A question about: What does x, y, z mean? is good.
My professional astrological interest is in natal, synastry, composite, solar returns, and transit consultations. I practice the western modern tradition while honoring the ancient one. I use Placidus, Koch, and Whole Signs depending on what insight I seek. http://www.KnowTheWay.ca
Recent feedback (Solar Return Astrology Session)
“Strangely enough, I was going to reach out to you this evening and saw your note.
The interview was fine thanks but this evening at around 7 PM I received a call from my doctor stating that the stress test that I did last week shows that I have ischemia in my heart. Thank you soooooo much for strongly suggesting that I seek a medical checkup. I had done so prior to our sessions but after your suggestion I went back and pushed a little harder.
I am terrified but relieved that they finally found something and hopefully they will figure out why and how to fix it. I am very young to have such issues.
I just thought you’d like the feedback. As you explained, astrology is pretty accurate!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I will be forever grateful.
