Marshall Rosenberg: Non-violent Communication *Memnon*

Memnon

“Please do as I requested ONLY if you can do so with the joy of a little child feeding a hungry duck. Please do not do as I request if there is any taint of fear of punishment if you don’t. Please do not do as I request to buy my love. That is hoping I will love you more, if you do it. Please do not do as I request if you will feel guilty if you don’t. Please do not do as I request if there is any shame. And certainly do not do as I request if out of any sense of duty or obligation.” ~ Marshall B. Rosenberg

I’ve often said to people, “Do it with joy, or don’t do it at all.”. Because to do it any other way, would taint the beauty of the giving. And do not compromise your needs. You may find another way than what you originally thought of, but it then ought to become what you want – not a compromise!

Differences, Preserve Life

12804786_10204260011898785_7815414151144548186_nBy all means hold on to your own beliefs; however, do try to respect, and appreciate differences as being a valuable necessity for the preservation of life. For example, I’m not an atheist; however, I LOVE many personality traits of atheists. I do have to watch how closely I connect with an atheist, because our values are different, and I don’t want to get hurt by a misunderstanding. However, I love how logical, rational, and scientific atheists can be, and I value this trait – even though I’m more heart/emotions ruled. But everyone was a sensitive bleeding heart, like me, the world would not exist. We’d be all dead!! Ha! There is so much to value in other people, being different from ourselves. We can friend people, who are different from us, and it won’t hurt us if we keep aware, and ask questions. I can and I am friends with atheists. And you can be friends, with people who are different from you too. Brought to you from an INFJ / INFP.

My Relationship with Autism: Impressions, Theory, and Personal Reflections

I’ve had many friends, and loves that have autism. They have declared themselves as highly functioning, or with mild autism.

It wasn’t until I met Scott, that I awakened to what I needed to know. Everything happens because of a reason.. Right, Scott? Wink. I knew there was a reason why we met, and when we ran into an autistic challenge, I didn’t handle myself well. And because I valued this connection, especially in the wake of events gone past, I had to learn from it once and for all.

Breaking down the etymology of the term autism, this is what I found:

au = gold
aut = self
ism = practice

God is gold, and people with autism are of the highest metals. Thinking about this etymology further: Autism is the practice of being in tune with the higher self — the Godly self.

To me, people with autism are vibrating on a much higher frequency. Higher beings. They are generally extremely intelligent, resourceful, deeply emotional, exceptionally sensitive, highly observational, self reflective, endearingly quirky,  innocent and trusting as well as NOT trusting, beating to their own drum, with personal style and are often polite and do not want to hurt feelings. What was that about lack of empathy? I argue that they have so much, that it has to be turned down, or off. Those listed traits, are things I’ve discovered about people on the autism spectrum. And it was just after I had finished writing a list of things I valued in others: Quirky, unusual, introverted, gentle, off-the-beaten path, and vibrant. People who appreciate sub/culture, nature, art, and a little bit of personal style. And although not all people with autism are going to have these traits, I have found them in spades from people who have identified as autistic.

So guess what? I love autistic traits!

That’s not to say being with a person with autism is smooth sailing. No. It’s a mighty challenge, but they are operating on some other higher frequency. And while you probably can be the most authentic self, you’ve ever been around them – you can not just go all willy nilly. For the most part they’re not going to tolerate it, and rightly so. Or you’re going to get a backlash from it.

The majority have a way of labeling what they don’t know, and what is not like them, as disabled or faulty – when in my mind, a group of people (with a cluster of traits) are just operating out of norm or atypical. That can cause trouble as they don’t function within the majority, but that doesn’t make them inferior. Actually, given my opposite theory — they’re probably SUPERIOR!

Yes, solid GOLD.
I mean seriously, it can’t be easy putting up with the rest of us so called “normal” or “typical” folk.

Going back to empathy. I think they can have a lot of empathy but as deep as they already feel it, why would they want to feel any more for our sorry butts? They can provide genuine sympathy, when they understand the feeling. So describe it to them. Tell them exactly how you feel. And that’s going to require a lot of emotional honesty out of you. But why do they need to feel what you feel? Isn’t sympathy enough? Why would you wish another person to feel your pain? Isn’t that a bit selfish?

Autistic people teach us emotional self-management. It’s all on you (ourselves), bud! Haha Because it’s my opinion that they operate on a higher frequency, why would they be dealing with your self centered need to be taken care of in a certain way, and be noticed — even though their observational skills are MASSIVE. And actually, they DO notice you, that’s why if you don’t tone yourself down (if you’re overdone) – they’ll retreat in whichever way makes most sense to them.

So there’s no room for ego, when relating to someone who has autism, because you’ll be very disappointed, and may end up distancing yourself from some extremely wonderful people.

They say the eyes are the window of the soul, and people with autism have incredibly soulful and sensitive eyes, IF they let you see them. Physically, you may notice a largely neutral face but you can always see how they’re feeling — in their eyes! That’s a big way I have noticed how they will communicate with you. And when you’re really close, through touch. Have you heard that people with autism don’t like to be touched? That’s true, because touch can be over stimulating – especially if it’s touching a wild beast. But if you manage to cool yourself, they will warm up to you, and touch you, and it will be the most gentle and loving touch you may ever experience.

This world can be pretty ugly, and people with autism are HIGHLY sensitive, and aware of the external world. No wonder their eyes are often gentle, and fragile looking. And there’s often something so penetrating about them. That is what I’ve noticed. Of course, some people with autism also have other challenges (and potentially fiery personalities — I’m looking at you Aries!! lol) and this may alter their appearance, or behaviors; however, I tend to choose to hang around the gentler types – even though they can outburst too.

A person, with Autism, REQUIRES you to be a better person. Nothing much else will do. It requires you to dial yourself down now and then, and get out of their way.

So if you’re blessed to have a person, in your life, that has Autism — you are going to be challenged to tread lightly, and gently in the face of go(l)d and let yourself be taught. Transform, and transmute. Better yourself. Because you’ll need to, if you want to bask in the greatness of a cluster of wonderful traits, that a cluster of people with autism, have.

I couldn’t fit the thought below, into this article, but I still want to present it:
I think they have had to put up with invasion of privacy while growing up but I’m not sure what caused that. But they’re generally introverts so that’s a big no no to do to them.
And shout out to TBM – The Big Man / little fish.

The Astrology of Online Dating: The Danger signs — Warning Bells and Things not so Swell

Danger, danger

Online dating can be a killer — literally, and figuratively.

These days, online dating attracts a lot of men and women with difficult love, and sex natures. Liars and cheaters, are a plenty. And there’s quite a few emotionally, physically, and mentally dis-eased that will really put you through the ringer, if you don’t take care.

Of course, none of us have perfect personalities; however, a dangerous individual is not the same as a moderately flawed one.

Even if your synastry is fabulous, and cancels out strenuous natal behaviors — the moment you stop dating (if that were to happen), watch out. Your loved one may very well revert right back to their OWN chart and the behaviors that come with it.

Draw up a chart on any prospect, and believe what you see — unless you want to test it out.

The squares are frustrated, and block. The opposites vacillate from one end to the other, in a flash — depending on what provoked. Conjunctions can be good or bad, but either way — they’re powerful. The trines are easy, peasy, lazy, and introverted. The sextiles are active, energetic, and extroverted. Read semi’s too. Semi just means half the time, when activated, or less of an effect. Quintiles are a little quirky, a little freaky — maybe even kinky. Sesquares illustrates a lack of maturity, or a disability — physical or emotional therapy may help a lot. Inconjuncts or Quincunxes are a little off-balance, and need to adjust a bit — kind of harmless, in the grande scheme. They also cause aversion.

Every celestial object can become a romance planet or object; however, I find these are the ones that can make the most impact at the get-go:

Moon, Venus, and Mars in aspect to Jupiter, Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, and Chiron.

Warning bells

Here are some example Deal breakers, in my book. And I’ll add my little quips, as time goes on.

  1. Venus square Pluto Jealous, manipulative, subversive, under cover obsession, insecure. Giving you the love drug, that can only be got from them. Be aware, from the get-go. They’ll make their problems, yours. Giving you everything you ever wanted, at a price. You’ll be intoxicated by them, and don’t ever leave them or revenge (often silent, and can be deadly) is on its way.
  2. Venus opposite Pluto Love, hate. War of the roses. When you’re together, it’s all good but if you ever break up, you’ll experience the hate. A hate you never fathomed they could feel for you. And it will feel extreme, because it’s so out of character. Even if your synastry dissolves or balances out their Venus opp Pluto, once you’ve broken up — they go right back to THEIR chart alone. And now they’re in survival, and self-protection mode. Beware.
  3. Venus square Saturn This can go either way. On the more positive side, it can mean that the person likes a 7+ year age difference, and that might be okay for them, but somehow still cause some friction or overcoming of obstacles to get there. On the warning side — this person can not love. So be sure to invest as little emotionally, as you will, at the get-go or not at all. It will take them a long time, if ever to warm up to you and share their love. There will be crises around an old appearance, etc. and the relationship may never get off the ground.
  4. Venus opposition Saturn You’ve got a great partner, if Venus and Saturn are aspected. But with the opposition, you get a: Now I’m with you, and now I won’t. This native promises to love you, shows you affection, and then takes it away. What you can be left with is cold confusion. And to be fair, the native is just as confused, and also afraid of commitment. They pull back, when things get hard. And they pull back when things are sweet. You will have to have much patience with this person, and bank on it never working out, in the end unless they’re going to do something about their vacillation. Sometimes they want commitment, and sometimes they don’t. The best find is Venus trine, sextile, or even a conjunction to Saturn. These natives accept, and often expect love and relationships to be work, and will work at it for years to come. In some cases, the opposition might reflect a desire for a much younger, or much older partner. Again, one can have their cake and eat it too. Either find a partner who is old, but young at heart. Or young, but old at heart. The oppositions are about integration. I have been doing a little research on this aspect, and I have found it Doing research on love / attachment styles. Watch for Venus opposition Saturn, and Uranus. Need for closeness vs freedom. DISMISSIVE style.  Ask them take the quiz to find out if they’re a Dismissive type partner. Learn more about attachment styles.
  5. Mars square Pluto Are you in for a beating? Verbal, physical, spiritual, emotional or otherwise? These guys and gals can be mean and cold, and make you “pay for it”. It is whatever transgression they think you did, not what you actually did, that will get you into hot water. And are you prepared to submit to an insatiable, and possibly out of norm sexual romp on rough and tumble rocks? This native is going to want to dominate you, to be sure. And not in a nice way.
  6. Mars opposite Pluto No, you can not win with this one. Be prepared to do their bidding. They don’t respect what you want. Only what THEY want. Are you prepared for psychological warfare, that you didn’t see coming? Figuratively, you’ll feel like you were given the date rape drug.
  7. Mars square Neptune They may have an STD, or other partner, major prospect, or love interest they’re not telling you about. They may even cheat on you sexually. But you sure will be in sexual ecstasy — the kind that goes bad, really bad after the dirty deed is done. The kind that makes you want to shower on end. They could be addicted to something that will bring you down in the end. Everything in excess: Drugs, sex, alcohol, and rock and roll. These are your wannabe rock-stars. Want to be a wannabe groupie? And at the end of the day, you might not even get into the promised land hotel room anyway.
  8. Mars opposite Neptune They could fake an orgasm, or lie to you about who else they’re dating.

Pay attention to what houses the planets are in. Is their Mars in the 5th or 7th house or the 3rd or 12th? It will tell you a lot about where and how they manifest these energies.

Lesser effect

These are things to watch out for, but may not be deal breakers.

  1. Moon square Pluto Their emotions are damaging. If it’s a guy, they have mommy / woman issues. They’re unlikely to be a feminist or pro women. They can cut you up, and toy with your emotions — making you feel unworthy, and dirty.
  2. Moon opposite Pluto This one will attempt to manipulate your emotions. At first they’ll collect your feelings, and experiences and coddle you out of the wazzoo. But if you ever do anything to “hurt them”, they’ll use what they learned against you.
  3. Venus square Jupiter They skimp out on love, and cuddles. Don’t expect a lot of, “I love you’s”. These guys and gals are single for a long time, and it’s because they block love. They detract. They’re not sweet. They have an aversion to being lovey dovey. And they can cheat on you romantically.
  4. Venus opposite Jupiter When they love you, it’s over the top. But when they’re not in love with you, but everyone else in the world — yuck, that’s hard to swallow! So keep pulling him back to his or her home turf.
  5. Venus trine Jupiter You can bet this one has a lot of admirers, with no work at all. Unless they have other good aspects, like Venus trine Saturn, watch out. You may have a cheater on your hands. Or you’ll worry too much that they will. These folks can be the Ludus type, playful lovers.
  6. Venus sextile Jupiter If the opportunity presents themselves to shower you with love, like your birthday, they will. They can also attract admirers, but they have to work at it. Keep them happy, and they’ll be loyal to you. These folks can be the Ludus type, playful lovers.
  7. Venus square Neptune They never pick the “right ones,” for them. And you’re not it either. Sorry. So you’ll have to work on making yourself VERY real from the get-go, and not letting them fall into fantasy land. You may not know if what you’re experiencing is real love. And when you feel real love, you may hide it. Or you may pretend that you don’t love them. Or the opposite. This is a tough one to have. Causes much confusion, and uncertainty.
  8. Venus opposite Neptune They thought you were “the one”, but then you do something that turns them off to the reality of imperfection. It’s not you; it’s them. Remind them about how truly “magical” you are, together.
  9. Mars square Uranus These guys and gals get shockingly mad, in a flash. It’s startling. If you’re not the type to agitate, you may be okay. The flame will likely die down, as quickly as it rose. But if you’re a trouble maker yourself, avoid this one.
  10. Mars opposite Uranus
  11. Venus square Uranus They have no problems breaking up with you, in a flash. Don’t give your heart out to this one. Anyway, they usually do you a favor in that they’re not the type you can get close to very easily anyway. But you’re at your own peril, if you push it. Watch out for long distance relationships. These types look for that sort of thing, and it won’t be good for you. An LDR that happens out of the blue, may be okay, but not when they have this aspect. In synastry it can be fine such as one of you being traveling in your work, but it’s also something to pay attention to.
  12. Venus opposite Uranus The on and off again romance. Now you see me, now you don’t. Love at a distance. Love close, at hand. These natives, are unsure of what they want. Do they want love (Leo), or freedom (Aquarius)? Sometimes they’re like a Venus Aquarius, and other times a Venus in Leo. You don’t know whether to be warm and fuzzy with them, proclaiming your love or cool and distant, having some cool and analytical friendly conversations. The oppositions need to learn that they can have BOTH, but they need to harmonize, and sympathize with their partner. Your prospective date might be the DISMISSIVE style.  Ask them take the quiz to find out if they’re a Dismissive type partner. Learn more about attachment styles.

Something to think about

  1. Venus square or opposite Chiron Love does not heal them. Love hurts them, and you’re the lover that’s going to or is hurting them.
  2. Mercury square Mars They’re ornery. Not very kindly. You’re going to get a lot of negative chatter out of this one. They especially don’t get along well with men, in conversation.
  3. Mercury square Saturn They are not good  at keeping secrets or serious conversation. Bad combo.
  4. Mercury square Venus They especially don’t know how to get along with women, in conversation. They’re communication style is irritating, and not smooth.
  5. Moon square Venus They don’t know how to comfort you.
  6. Venus square Mars They can easily fight or cause friction with their partner. They don’t have a good handle on their yin and yang.
  7. Venus opposition Mars They don’t have a good handle on what they want, out of relating.

With Saturn it either means the thing will get off the ground, or it won’t. Not much to worry about there, at the start. But down the road, Saturn is the “glue” as they say. So if that isn’t doing well, your relationship may not last. As can be seen, finding “the one” is tricky business. Good luck, and God speed.

Note

I’m sorry dear reader if you have any of these aspects, and I’ve painted your dating and romance life, poorly. I’ve noted the “dark” side of challenging aspects, and not how they can be overcome or be positive. It takes a very well-adjusted, self-improvement oriented person, to get beyond these aspects. And for those that don’t have these aspects, but see them in your prospect — they may have overcome the challenges, but what if they haven’t? Do you want to spend time fiddling with their issues? You know astrology, or can get an astrology reading — use it to your dating advantage. While I’m willing to work with a little spice, my Venus Virgo wants a break from these fixer uppers. I can take maybe one or two of them IF they have some good aspects like Moon-Venus-Mercury and Venus-Saturn in good aspect. Otherwise, I’m not interested as I’ve tested these aspects out enough to know their chart is right. And if you’re a native, with a difficult aspect, maybe fess up at the start of dating someone you like. Let them know what love / romance / dating challenges you face, and you might find it helps you out a lot. Let them know your love attachment, and style!

Extra

If I have the time or inclination, I can tell you how to find someone compatible to you online. A little tip, for now: Sun, Venus, in good aspect, and in synastry are good ideas. So if your Sun is a Taurus, search for a Venus Virgo, Taurus, Capricorn, Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer. How do you do that, since Sun signs are all that are shown? Each planet takes awhile to get into gear, and you take into account the preferred Sun sign of your partner too. So there are only so many Virgo Suns with Scorpio Venus in the age range you desire to date. So you check the ephemeris for the years you want to check, and find that combination or Venus. An easier way may be looking at a past loves good Venus, and using their year of birth to find the one for you online. You can change up the Sun sign with that too.

And if you can find out their Moon, that is helpful too. So if your Venus is in Aries, search for a partner with a Moon in Sag, Leo, or Aries — which can be just as good as a Sun connection, though not as powerful. Moons in the same element, or exact same sign are amazing for feeling secure. A Moon synastry conjunction is quite powerful. As powerful as the Sun!

The Astrology of Hoarding: Moon Cancer 4th house, Saturn Capricorn 10th house, Venus Taurus 2nd house, Pluto Scorpio 8th house

CC-image-courtesy-of-puuikibeach hoarding 009 Hoarding-4

Hoarding is under the domains of:

Moon Cancer 4th house: Emotions. Memory. Our home.

Saturn Capricorn 10th house: Old things. Acquiring, and using. Public opinion.

Venus Taurus 2nd house: What we find beautiful. What makes us feel secure. What we value and treasure. Our own resources.

Pluto Scorpio 8th house: Elimination. Power, Control. Psychology / the Occult. Other people’s resources.

Look to these planets, signs, and houses, in your own chart to see what your own hoarding perspective. Know of someone you think hoards? Look to see if any of these planets aspect in a challenging way, such as Moon square Saturn, Venus opposite Pluto, Moon conjunct Pluto, etc…

I was thinking about hoarding… Whose to say one person’s junk, is another’s trash? What about one person’s junk, is another’s treasure?

I have a friend that saves those tv dinner, microwave plates. I mean hundreds of them! I was thinking how society would think that was a recyclable / junk / trash; however, I got to thinking: They must value this plate. Then I looked at the plate. And it was pretty sturdy, black, and looked like it could be used again and again. But my friend has enough plates, so they’re just keeping them. Stacked high. For years.

I said, “these plates over here are pretty good.”. And they said all happily, “yeah, I have a whole bunch of them, but I don’t know what they could be used for.” And I said, “I could see them being used for mixing stuff in… like paints. Maybe a children’s center could use them.” And they said, “yeah, I thought they might have some use, so I keep them. I should look into that.”

The moral of this story is: Who are we to judge someone for the things they own? Do you even know why the person keeps what they do? What’s THEIR story? Because their story, probably isn’t yours. My friend values these plates.

On the surface a lot of things are going to look senseless to us. So I say: Ignore it, or ask about it. And if the person wants to tell you their story, you’ll probably be pretty surprised. Enrich your life, through difference.

Now, the idea of clinical hoarding is that it’s affecting your life: Work, home, and personal relationships (including the one you have with yourself). If you’re not happy or you’re being stopped from doing something, and your hoarding is causing it – that’s when talk therapy is helpful. Talk therapy discovers WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, in case you don’t know. And it works at lightening up your load.

Right now, I don’t think these plates are bugging my friend. But what do I know? Nothing, really. And that makes me think of the extreme minimalists. Why do they value having nothing? I guess if society would choose between hoarding, and modesty — they’ll go for modesty so that makes minimalism more acceptable. But I think minimalism can have its own problems too.

At the end of the day, I think the majority of us just want to live and die in peace.  So I support anyone, and anything that accomplishes that goal.

Also, often if you’re paying attention to someone “hoarding”, it probably makes you uncomfortable because you’re uncomfortable with your *own* hoarding, even if no one can see you doing it. Judgements are quite often just projections, in disguise.

Projection: Aries-Libra Axis

SHbox2print23

Aries (self) meets Libra (mirror)

When I say it’s them, it’s ME.
When the other says it’s me, it’s THEM.
You’re feeling x. No. I’m feeling x.
You’re x. No. I’m x.
Be honest.

I work with a lot of Aries (1st house) – Libra (7th house) themes. The 7th house, is the house of projection: A hall of mirrors. And the first house, is the house of me, myself, and I. We live in a world of opposites. Most things are contrary to what we believe, unless we learn (educate ourselves) otherwise.

Take the test.
The next time you’re making a judgement about someone else, could it be about you, for better or worst?

We can only see our face, through a mirror.

Now, it’s not to say they’re not X at all. They probably are, and maybe even more X than you BUT, yes But… you’re still X, maybe different, maybe a lot less, and in your own way but you’re still X. So the excercise is to have compassion, and understanding for yourself and then offer that gift to another.

Who are you?
Who are they?
You be you. And let them, be they.

Lessons From the Trench: Aries-Libra, Win-win

Lessons in the trench.

Aries-Libra Issues

Tell people what you need or want, without judgement, criticism, or sarcasm.

Example

Please put the dish there.

NOT

“I hate when you put the dish there, — you don’t think that it’s getting in the way of MY space.. But why would you, you’re the only one that matters.”

All that talk not only will probably get the other person down or want to kick you out of their life, but you won’t feel good either, having made up stories about someone else’s motivations. And being unfriendly and hostile, hurts you too.

So next time you tell someone what you want or need, try cutting the fat.

* If that doesn’t work, or you need to share your displeasure, WIN it…

WIN it.

When x happens, I feel x, and I need x.

Example

When the dish is put here, I feel frustrated and ignored. I need you to put the dish here.

Babble be gone.

Aphorisms of Abella Arthur

“Do it with joy, or don’t do it at all.”. Because to do it any other way, would taint the beauty of the giving.

Do not compromise your needs. You may find another way than what you originally thought of, but it then ought to become what you want – not a compromise!

We can not see ourselves so we were provided people, as mirrors, to reflect our appearance. All tools are given to us to better ourselves, and our circumstances. It’s up to us to face the truth of how we appear to others. What we see in others is a reflection of ourselves for better or worse. Own that reflection: Joy in its goodness, and transmute its lack of kindness – with self and other. Seeing yourself through the false, man made mirror of self – stunts growth, and reality. Go forth with strength and fortitude. Embrace truth on your own terms, through others.

Others do not define you. YOU define you. THEIR judgements, observations, opinions, and assumptions belong to them, not you. And what they say about you, is quite often a projection of how the person feels about themselves, and their stuff. They may not want to own it, but it’s not yours to own. Turn it around, ask them: Is that how you feel / going on in YOUR life? How you feel about me (if someone tells you how you feel about them)? Or… How you feel about yourself? This is especially important if what they’re saying is a big off-the-wall thing they’ve said, and is coming out of “left field”. And you may even see them do a double-take as they reflect on how very much their comment is NOT about you. Yet, if you feel that what others say has some validity, and interest to you — I implore you to explore it. Do not deny it. Just remember that you have the last say in how you see yourself, for better or worse. You are only responsible for YOUR feelings and thoughts. By the way, we ALL project (yes, me too LOL). It’s how we’re built. But if you know the law of opposites, you’ll be able to put things in better perspective and lead a more enjoyable life — free from the hell of other people. So the next time you get a head-scratcher, turn the comments backwards, upside down, to the other side and THEN see if it makes sense. Most of the time it does, and as I said it has *nothing* much to do with you at all. But IF it does, fess up butter cup.

Other people come before you.
Don’t hurt other people.

Stay quiet; listen. You’ll be amazed at what is learned. Share; be wonderful. You’ll be amazed at what others didn’t know.

Learn what makes people happy, and ego aside – DO it… as long as it’s within your own value structure. Get creative, if at first it doesn’t appear that it is.

Know what your bare essentials for living are. Know what you’re bare keepsakes are. Don’t worry about the rest. Electronically record your most valuable possessions such as music, books, photographs, people, etc. For these things can be replace, eventually. If they can’t, enjoy the recorded memory.

Keep your most important documents, at hand. Electronically scan and protect them.

Listen to, and/or ask for someone’s story at least once a day. You’ll be surprised.

False fear is an opportunity to take the bull by the horns, and have an adventure.

It’s pretty much always better than imagined. You’re resilient. Stop imagining, and just go do it.

Take, time, out.

Have faith. It will ALL work out as intended, no matter how miserable and nasty it may first appear. Don’t take heart.

Money is needed to live on this rock, but money isn’t everything. When you’re on your death bed, ready to grasp the spiritual side of life — you’ll know it’s the souls (locked up in bodies) you should have spent more time investing in. Don’t wait.

Personify negative feelings and thoughts. Acknowledge them – say Helllo, but then get on with what you were doing. If the negative thought is pushy, aggressive, and monopolizing your good time – you may want to have a talk with it. You could let it control you, or you can be its wisdom guide, and give it a hug. Keep your core steady. If the negative thought won’t give it up, walk away from it. It’s not being very polite or friendly to you, afterall. So why give it any more time in your day?

“The true value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it.” Or said differently: You may know how much you value something by the amount of energy (resources — ie time, money, effort) and intent you put into it. How much do you value yourself? Compared to others? If you haven’t been putting energy and intent into YOURSELF, start doing so. And if you haven’t been putting energy and intent into OTHERS, get going on that good work! We live in a world of opposites. “The Secret” doesn’t work for all (or always work), but OPPOSITE Living does.

For free, I’ll answer either a yes or no question or a question about the best date to do something. I do not offer help with health or stocks, at this time. And I reserve the right not to answer a question, and ask you to select a new one that is more in line with my practice and ability.

Horary question. Horary is similar to tarot, and acts as an oracle of sorts. As a student of horary, I do not yet feel comfortable in using this astrological oracle for a fee; however, I am happy to answer one yes or no question for free. Your mileage may vary! Having said that, I have studied horary for over 400 hours, 200 charts, and 2 months. So I do know a thing or two about this highly principled method.

Electional question: This astrological field of study is related to when it’s the best time to do something. Ideally it’s good if you have an idea of a number of time periods when you would like to accomplish something successfully and then I’ll let you know if that’s a good time and what’s going on, in the cosmos, at that time.

The Astrology of Projections & How to Heal Them

Projections are insidious and pose a difficult paradox to solve, as one attempts to weave through the labyrinth. Projections are extremely hard to get a handle on, as our unconscious often finds the material too upsetting to handle openly and directly.

In astrology, personal projections are the domain of the 1-7th house axis.
Non-personal projections are the domain of the 4-10th house axis.

Have you had someone project their shadow or gift on to you, and after self and external reflection — your impression is that while the projection may have something to do with you, it is more likely material that the projector is attempting to work out?

Are you saying: I’m fine or comfortable with that? I’m not too much, or too little of what they’re saying about me? Then the projector may be using you as a scapegoat to work out their issues.

If that’s the case, here are six ways to respond to, and resolve projections from others so that you don’t get tied up into the drama of their psyche AND so they begin to do their own dirty work:

1. Yes, I know. And…? (Alt: I know I am, but what are you?)
2. Oh — so you’ve been working with that (doing that, etc.)?
3. Thanks, but no thanks.
4. Let me tell you about a time when…
5. That’s interesting..
6. Oh — Is that what you think about yourself / your motive? (Alt: I know you are, but what am I?)

Four ways to learn from what you project:

1. Notice the negative and positive things you say about and to other people. You know — the judgements, assumptions, and character flaws and character brilliance.
2. How does or has that manifested in your life? Do you want more of less of it?
3. Resolve, Redeem, or Renew. Resolve, Redeem, or Renew. Turn negative, into positive. Enhance positive, and see the dark side. There is no light, without the dark.”
4. Forget about it. Stop noticing it in others. When you do, nod. When they do, nod. Don’t give it energy, or weight. Understand. Have compassion.

If you haven’t learned much about projections (outside of what I wrote above), here are a few informative links:

Wiki Answers on Projection & Transference | Shadow Projection is Its Own Medicine | The Astrology Place Note: The out of print Liz Greene book noted at The Astrology Place is probably connected to this book (a less expensive option). Barriers and Boundaries: The Horoscope and the Defenses of the Personality. I haven’t read either so I am not certain of their contents.

One day I hope to gain a degree in sociology/psychology. And I would like to institute “Projection therapy”. Which would be as simple as: What don’t you like about another? And the therapeutic dialogue part would be to help the patient acknowledge, accept, and resolve that within their own make-up. As well as find solutions to problems, as all answers are contained within — and are connected to the universal mind.

Projections are a painful truth, and is a self-healing tool.

“The unconscious side of us has a different schedule to the conscious side. It wants to get a certain experience by constellating into our lives those lessons the unconscious needs. It does this by manifesting outside events and influences that override the efforts of the conscious to avoid them.” Alison Chester-Lambert from Astrology Reading Cards.

If you were not aware before, be aware now — anything, I mean ANYTHING you say about someone else can easily be connected back to you. There is an interplay between yourself and other or the internal and external.

You can’t know, what you don’t know exists.

The one exception (that I can readily assess) is if you are *trained* to observe and see something in another such as a psychologist, officer of the peace, etc. and without a doubt do not possess that particular trait in abundance, or of note. Another example is if someone points out a trait or projection to you such as a friend, family member, or the projector themselves.

Do note that even if you do not utter projections out loud, they are still occurring. And just because someone says something about someone else, does not mean they are not aware of that very same thing existing within their own selves. In other words, not everyone is ignorant to their projections. You can find this out, if you will, by questioning them (see Six Ways above).

And if you find yourself saying something nice or naughty about me, do consider that it’s probably a projection — for good or evil and may not actually be my truth.

Astrology Angular House Projection Examples:

Mars in or on the 7th (Barack Obama, Colin Farrel, Stephen Arroyo, Sylvia Brown, Janet Jackson, Demi Lovato, Tina Turner, Mariah Carey, Adolf Hitler, Tom Cruise, Rihanna, Whitney Houston: The native may think that others are the one’s being aggressive and competing against them. This may be true, as the native attracts similar creatures, but they TOO are also of such a temperament. The positive projection of Mars in 7th is attracting sexual, active, and fearless partners.

Neptune in or on the 10th: The native projects the unconscious of the people. The people also project their collective conscious on to the native. This placement is often great for spiritual leaders (Jesus, Mother Theresa, Oprah Winfrey, Liz Greene, Aleister Crowley) who are in a position to redeem and rehabilitate their sisters and brothers. But also great for actors and performers, who need to readily connect to and carry away the spirit of the viewing audience (Orlando Bloom, Clint Eastwood, Russel Crowe, Trent Reznor, Bob Marley).

“Not All Me”

I wear their faces all on top of my face
I am the perfect target screen
For your blindly fueled rage
I bare the brunt of your long buried pain
I don’t mind helping you out
But I want you to remember my name

It’s not all me
It’s not all my fault
I may remind you, but I won’t take it all on

Past riddled rage
I see the buttons I engage
With my dignity in place?
I’m all too happy to assuage

It’s not all me
It’s not all my fault
I may remind you, but I won’t take it all on

Lest I find my voice
Find the strength to stand up to you
Lest I stay to my limit
And only take on what is mine to

We are a team
I’m here to help mend and reseam
All I trigger unknowingly
A job I hold in high esteem

It’s not all me
It’s not all my fault
I may remind you, but I won’t take it all on

It’s not all me
It’s not all my fault
I may remind you, but I won’t take it all on
I’ll only take some of it

The Social Psychology of Takers & Givers & Why It’s So Wrong

Do people understand that eventually if they keep “taking”, the “giver” is going to stop giving?

Some guy on a blog said there needs to be givers and takers for an equal balance, but said straight-up that most people are “takers”. Well, if most people are “takers”, and few are givers (I’m one) — then how the heck does that work?

I agree with him that ideally there are takers and givers between us; however, in equal or reciprocal measure. I take sometimes, you give sometimes, it switches — and it all works out in the end without keeping score.

But eventually the givers will stop giving because you don’t have to keep score to notice you’re on the losing end (giving, and giving and others taking, and taking).

I imagine the takers will go elsewhere when the giving stops. And if they never appreciated what they got, I guess then it doesn’t really matter — good riddance to them.

But it’s unfortunate when I have to hold back (against my own very generous nature) because there are too many takers ready to suck me dry. In other words, it comes down to me doing self-care, self-interest, and self-responsibility.

And if people, in general, gave more — I wouldn’t have to concern myself with holding back. I wouldn’t have to think about not exhausting myself, or avoid giving too much so I don’t give the message that it’s okay to use me — when it’s not.

But I’m Sun Leo in the 7th (ruled by Venus, Juno, Libra) and have Jupiter-Uranus Libra — so my views are a little skewed or screwed! LOL

Quinn commented on FB post I wrote about this topic: I can see why the business world was needed, most people are too tight fisted and have to be practically forced to hand over their cash. And I believe that to be sadly true. Another commenter said that they think it’s a “fear of loss”, “so they hold on so tight to what they have”. And another said, “I think people fear maybe that the giving will cease, and fear makes us all fucking stupid.”

What I find strange is that Takers like to think of themselves as decent people. And they are the first to say they don’t want to be lied to, cheated, or used — so they will go out of their way NOT to give you anything for fear of that happening… which means the have NO Problem doing that to you, even if you give to them!! LMAO… Can we get a Hell Yeah for PROJECTION?!?!?!

My mind boggles and bobbles at some people’s antics.
A selfish “friend” of mine said the other day that he had “nothing to give”… Oh My G! Really?! I will give these people the benefit of a doubt, and figure their sense of worth is soooo low that all they think they should be doing is taking since they feel they have NOTHING but that’s farthest from the truth.

I said, Can you help out? Can you move things? Can you do an errand? Can you make me a coffee? Can you use your musical talents to brighten my day?! I mean seriously, it’s as COP OUT to say you have nothing and the other person has everything so you must take from them.

Admit it: You’re selfish, and/or you feel worthless. And the one way for you to feel better is to take from those that aren’t, and don’t.

Some Guy’s Thoughts on Givers and Takers

My notes are in (parentheses) and in red.

A comment from the website, LovePanky, regarding an article on How to Stop Selfish People from Hurting YouHow can you recognize a selfish friend or partner, and how do you stop them from affecting your life? Find out how to deal with selfish people here.

“their are two types of people.
givers and takers. in order for a relationship to work you have to have a balance between the two

two takers will never work for obvious reasons (Very true)

two givers will work but only for so long until (Not true)

a giver is a person that likes to please people (TRUE!), and will go out of their way to do so (Because they want you to enjoy life as much as possible!!), givers how ever want appreciation in return (um, yeah!!), and two givers wont work because they will fight for appreciation , i know it sounds ridiculous (say what?!) but its true.

(Yes, I DO want appreciation but two givers CAN work. You BOTH appreciate each other. This guy is likely a Taker and doesn’t understand reciprocity in the first place. LOL.. Oh and you don’t have to “fight” for appreciation — just give it, where and when appropriate. hehe).

the reason why a giver and a taker work so well, is because they compliment each others personalities. one will be appreciated, the other will be content (if you’re being used, I’m not sure how the taker is appreciating that beyond seeing you as LESS than them and feeling smug about that), the fact is that there are more takers in the world then their are givers (can I get a Yeah-HA… you nasties… LOL), identify who who are and be honest with what you want, all humans are selfish in the end (well, this is true… more or less… due to humans wanting to survive but there’s a difference between greed, being selfish vs. sharing and being self-interested)“.

From All Things Healing, June’s Top Five Astro-Events by Michael Wolfstar

Jupiter enters Cancer on the 26th where it remains through mid-July 2014. Empathy increases tremendously over the coming year, allowing a renewed spirit of generosity, forgiveness and tolerance to enhance all relationships, especially between family members. Over the next three weeks, as Mercury retrogrades through Cancer, think about where you can feel most at home.

How Self-Interested Are YOU? Are you a Giver or a Taker?

So… I have been going through “growing pains” ie. Doing self-work again, and I like to talk out loud while I’m repairing my problems, and hopefully get some careful feedback.

As a Leo Sun in the 7th, with Jupiter Libra (and there’s more indicators in my chart) I tend to give A LOT — far more than most people can reciprocate or rather CARE to reciprocate. Yet, I had complain/ed about reciprocation so I was advised to “do and give less” so there was room for the other to give.

I did. But this is what Isabel Hickey has to say about my Mercury in Virgo:
“[the native is] Apt to forget that the world is NOT ruled by reason, but by prejudice, emotion, and self-interest.”

Did I just hear that right? Me being reasonable means NOTHING to most of humanity?! LOL In fact, I imagine it would be a block in getting what most people want, because what they want isn’t reasonable, so no wonder! haha

Hickey said people are basically SELF-INTERESTED!!
Would it surprise you that I only thought self-interest occurred when people had to “pay for things” — not as it related to another human being?! LOL I’m in my 40’s!! And it wasn’t until about a year ago (through talk therapy where I have attempted to channel the SR Moon, Chiron, Neptune in 12th, constructively) that I was made aware of this fact.

I just thought people did the “right thing”, and it was always a head-scratcher when they didn’t.
But that could be my Virgo stellium getting in the way of reality (Saturn!). LOL

So anyway, I tried it out…

If I gave to people, but later recognized were “takers”, and then started to give less (to give them room to give) — what reality is there that would suggest they would start GIVING?! LOL…

Let me tell you folks: It doesn’t happen.
Some of these people may have been sociopaths (I know of one diagnosed case, after-the-fact). What they’re going to do is: Find someone else to give to them, and/or be the same as they were to you before.

How Self-Interested Are YOU? Are you a Giver or a Taker?

So the moral (antidote) of the story, is to: Hang around people who have good morals, and are givers (because I’m one, by nature). Your karma isn’t mine. Some people need to TAKE more (me), and others need to GIVE more (maybe you).

There are plenty of givers out there — I’ve met them. And frankly those are the people I need to spend more of my time with, because that’s where I will find reciprocity.

But my 8th house Virgo stell, sextiling my Neptune Scorpio 10th, is just not as attracted to healthy people, but I’m going to have to start. Because that’s the only way for ME to be healthy.

Of course, there’s an upside to being attracted to broken souls and that’s that I can care for them in a paid, therapeutic environment — where I don’t make them my personal problem.

Life, always a blast. <3

Dream: Fixing a Flat Tire

Mundane Transit (at time of writing this):
Moon Aquarius Semi-Sextile Neptune Pisces

Related Personal SR:
Aries Rising. Moon, Chiron, and Neptune in 12th.

You know you’re a hard core cyclist when you start dreaming about flat tires, and being up for the challenge of fixing it. :)

In my dream, I had realized I was riding a “flat tire”. It was a little unnerving, because I wondered if I had done any damage to the rims, since I was thinking I rode them for a minute before it dawned on me that the tire was flat.

Anyway, once I got over the initial concern of damage AND changing a flat tire (I haven’t done this yet), I realized I had the tools and knowledge to do it.

So, as is usual with the way I view dreams — this is a metaphor for my life.

I’ve continued connecting, or doing things that could have (or did cause a little) damage, and it might be scary to think about how to make things right, with repairing, or fixing the damaged parts BUT I have the tools and knowledge to do it. The next step is to get it done.

States or Stages of Relationship: Labelling

Note: I’m writing this, as if this were about me – it isn’t. At least not right now. :) It’s just a good way for me to write, placing myself in the shoes of each “relationship” type, so the writing is personal. Sorry for the confusion! :D

Current Mundane Transit: Naturally wrote during VOC Moon Capricorn. Naturally published during Moon Aquarius. Naturally means, with little or no forethought.

I’m a woman, interested in relationships with men, so I’m using the term boyfriend.

How do I label who is who?! Okay, lets break it down…

Me (1st house, Aries): I’m alone. I’m fully independent. This is my time with me, myself, and I. I do on my own. I enjoy on my own. I make decisions on my own, unfettered by the wishes of others.

How to Have a Relationship with Yourself

Six Ways to Deepen Your Relationship with Yourself

The Greatest Love of All: Developing a Relationship with Self

Friend (11th house, Aquarius): A casual friend, associate, or acquaintance is someone I see or talk to and/or see once or twice a month — maybe even only a handful of times a year. We are not involved in each others personal lives, in any great way.  We mostly meet for the enjoyment of mutual interests, and causes. Distance is welcomed. And opinions are often fixed, with no overt desire for them to be on your side.

*Aries is Sextile Aquarius — they get along quite easily. In other words, one can can lead to the other quite easily. So You can be friends with people easily. Aquarius is more detached, and friend oriented so it will naturally accept the independence of Aries and not get wrapped up in its fiery nature. Basically it’s not a stretch. And Me (Aries) can become a boyfriend (Leo) because they are in Trine to each other.

4 Ways to be a Good Friend

Different Degrees of Friendship (Christian Angle)

Boyfriend (5th house, Leo): A boyfriend is someone I talk to almost, maybe even, every day. They care about my well-being. They are involved in my personal life. They help out wherever and whenever they can, with or without request. The do thoughtful things like giving me a massage when I complain of fatigue, picking me up a coffee on their way over to my place, surprising me with a home cooked meal or a poem, etc. We socialize two to three times a week. They attend most special occasions such as holiday events with family, my birthday, a work function, etc. They attend many recreational events with me. They’ve met my most important friends, and family.

Friends (Aquarius) may not turn into boyfriends. It can be an easier leap from Me to Lover / Lust (5th house) but I strongly prefer getting to know people, over time.  Growing from the cool Aquarius friendship, to a warmer Leo relationship. :)

7 Ways to be a Good Boyfriend

Being a Good Boyfriend

Companion / Lover (5-11th house, Aquarius-Leo): A companion is between a friend, and a boyfriend. This is someone whom I could speak to a few times a week. They may not care much about my well-being, and tend to have a more self-involved nature.  That’s good, because that means I can be more self-involved too without having to concern myself about meeting obligations that would come with a boyfriend or spouse. I have a lot of fun with this person, and they brighten my life mentally, emotionally, and maybe even physically (FWB). They are not generally seeking to better my life other than through their presence! They know about some of my personal life, but don’t really get involved with helping me solve my personal problems. We know when to give space, take time and back off, and when to see each other again. We don’t get bothered by this inconsistency. We may see each other once a week, or a handful of times a month. They might be counted on for the occasional need, upon request. They attend only the most important social gatherings.

Aquarius and Leo do not get along as much (being in opposition) but there’s still a solid connection. The Companion is the odd man out! This is really the limbo and unpredictable state — bouncing back and forth between feeling close, and feeling detached. Feeling like there’s something more, and feeling like there’s something less — or that they’re could be. Sun Opposite Uranus. So this connection type can have a hard time figuring out if they’re coming or going.

Definition of Casual Relationship

Are you having a Casual Relationship?

* I couldn’t find many good links on how to be a good companion. Maybe because it’s a cross between a friend and a boyfriend, and has a hazy definition because of that. After-all, it covers two houses! :) Frankly, it could go either way — at any time!

Spouse or Committed Partner (7th house, Libra/Juno): A spouse or partner is my right hand man. We are two peas in a pod, and come as a unit. Unless it’s a “me day” with friends, when I’m invited somewhere, it’s expected my spouse is invited too. They know pretty much everyone I know. We speak to each other daily, and hang out often, though we may not have as many fun outings together as we are busy attempting to achieve our ambitions. It’s part work, and part play — whereas a boyfriend or companion is mostly focused on pleasure and friendship — not work. They seek out information about my personal life, so they can help me solve problems that get in the way of our dreams and ambitions. Decisions are made together, as we’re aware that whatever the other does — affects BOTH of us. A spouse or committed partner is a friend, companion, and boyfriend — they fill all roles and we know we’ve made a commitment through sickness, and health — until death (including divorce) do us part. Being a spouse is a lot of work, but there’s lots of rewards too. A shared vision of ambition (even if the ambition is to do nothing!) is essential for survival.

Libra and Leo, Sextile — so get along quite easily. In other words, one can can lead to the other quite easily. So a boyfriend, can lead to a husband quite easily. However, a Me (Aries) does not make the leap to You (Libra) — You and I in a permanent relationship — very easily. Having said that, Me (Aries) can make a good leap to Boyfriend (5th H / us).

4 Ways to be a Good Husband

7 Ways to be a Great Husband

How to Be a Good Wife

Serious relationships start in the 1st house (a relationship with yourself), and end in the 7th house (a relationship with other). Then in between you have boyfriends and girlfriends (5th house), and casual friendships (11th house).

When a love interest wants more from you, they need to be willing to give more.  There’s a saying:

Dress for the job you want, not the one you have.

The Prison Planet: Uncommon Yet Plausible Thoughts Regarding The Purpose of Man on Earth

I’m not a religious person, by much of anyone’s standards.

I went to Baptist churches until I was around seven years old. My mom was a non-practicing Catholic from the East coast of Canada. And I’ve got Inuit (Eskimo) in me.

I consider myself spiritual.

I’ve participated in a coven, been a solitary witch, connected to paganism, investigated Scientology, practiced Buddhism, explored the Universal Unitarian church due to all its diversity, played around with various psychic and earth practices, converted to Islam in my early twenties (connected to marriage) and haven’t practiced it since the 90’s, and looked into Jewish mysticism.

But I found a lot of it to be lacking.

While I’m not a fair weather friend, and I’m very loyal (Venus Trine Saturn) — I’m not loyal to religion or a spiritual practice unless it continues to serve my highest good (Sag on 11th/12th, Jupiter in the 9th).

So if I’m to be anything religious, astrology is my religion. It still continues to serve my highest good.

However, I think most religions have something of value to share with us.

I’m telling you all this because what I’m about to say might sound religious, and I hope you’ll put what I say into the context of my experiences, and knowledge.

Also, if you’re a highly sensitive person who is currently ungrounded — you may want to skip what I’m about to say until you’ve got your feet firmly planted.

Uncommon Yet Plausible Thoughts Regarding The Purpose of Man on Earth

I think we’re all prisoners, and that human beings have sinned or transgressed. Earth is a huge jail.  Saturn is our warden. Saturn is the devil. The devil governs or rules Earth — not God. This is a God forsaken planet! Though the concept of God, rules ALL. God intervenes when the Devil / Saturn has went to far, and we’ve prayed for help. Sometimes, we still won’t get help. Our souls (Neptune, spirit) are encased in walking jail cells (note our body is made up of cells!).  We have a sentence to carry out, and there’s no “get out of jail for free” card. Though we may get to check out earlier, for good behavior or for incorrect incarceration. We’re here to redeem ourselves so we get off, and stay off this rock — unless we want to come back to help those who are struggling to get off.  Our bodies, are shackles (or walking prison cells)– keeping our spirit (Neptune) bound to the earth (Saturn). Natally I have Saturn (in the 4th) Opposition Neptune (in the 10th) so these thoughts are ones I’ve played with quite a bit. Some people want to fly, or escape — feeling chained in. Suicide is incredibly frowned upon, because we have a sentence to live out. If a person does this, they will hang in a holding cell (purgatory), until they’re processed and sent straight back to prison (Earth) with an even longer and harder sentence!  Think about a prisoner escaping, and being caught from a traditional jail. Not a good option, my friend. To that end, we keep coming back (re-incarnation) until we’ve elevated ourselves — nirvana. (ie non-attachment, surrendering, allowing, etc). Some can reach Nirvana on Earth, but from what I understand they quickly die thereafter. I’m a sinner too.  Why else am I on this planet?  Could I be an angel on Earth? Possibly. But no matter what, I’ve at one time sinned, and I continue to sin. In archery, the term SIN means: Missed the mark!  I’ve made a lot of mistakes, and experienced a lot of pain.  And with that, I learn. I grow. I am highly motivated to get off this rock, once my sentence has been served. When I get a jail pass, I attempt to elevate myself by doing good, helping others succeed and grow, and enjoy the spirit/matter creations of others and myself (music, artwork, nature, etc.)

So what about most of us wanting to LIVE, and not die?  If earth contains a bunch of heartaches, stress, disease, etc.. maybe we want to live because we realize we haven’t rehabilitated ourselves yet, and that we’ll have to come back if we haven’t cleared our debt. Once we do, heaven is on our side. But it also could be to keep us living, to finish out our sentence. We have a sentence to carry out, and we need to WANT to carry it out. We could also be theatre, for the Gods. Truly, it seems that the ones that die young — are the luckiest. “The good die young”. And when people say, “There in a better place. Inherently, they know that to be true!” Living on Earth, is no easy task. But sometimes, we’re able to have enough fun to forget about how hard it is. These rewards help us to keep working towards redeeming, and rehabilitating.

Also of note is the Uranus Return, that happens around 84. Uranus, ruling Aquarius (who is co-ruled by Saturn), is about freedom — freedom from Saturn’s restriction.  And as an Air planet — detaching itself from matter (the body, Earth, Saturn). A lot of people will die or get sick around this age or when Saturn/Uranus crosses an angle, or enters one of the houses of endings (4,8,12). Basically they will have served their sentence, and so their body dies to free their spirit. Uranus, Pluto, and Saturn are planets that separate our bodies from our spirit.

Further regarding the planets in the houses of endings: Be wary of Uranus, Pluto, or Saturn crossing the ascendant — representing the potential release of the body (or rather, spirit). Death can be seen through the water sign houses (4,8,12) — especially as they cross the 1st and 4th angles/angels. As well as when they return — they are conjuncting your natal Saturn, or Uranus. Moon conjunct Moon, in combination with other celestial events, can also indicate death. Being that the Moon (Cancer) is opposite Saturn (Capricorn) and so they are tied together. Maybe one day I’ll write a post about celestial events that indicate when the spirit might become released from matter. For example another indicator is transiting Pluto opposite the natal Sun.

There’s more, there’s always more…

I’m Capricorn rising (Saturn), and Saturn is my first rising planet, situated in the 4th and Opposing Neptune Scorpio (in the 10th).

Semi-related. I saw the Revealing The Early Renaissance, show at the AGO – and there was a lot of astrology and tarot in there!

Astrology: The Divine Language of the Gods.

I think of astrology as a language.

Astrology is a direct and divine language of the Gods — how the cosmos speak to humans and vice versa.

I’m an translator (interpreter), and teacher of this symbolic language.

I’m more arts, than science focused.

While astrology is a language, the charts erected contain many volumes of books with astrological chapters, paragraphs, sentences, and words.

It can take years, or months to read a whole chart — minutes, and seconds to read part of it.

Natal astrology describes the native, and the potential opportunities and challenges they shall face, face, and have faced.

The natal and progressed chart is your operating and repair manual. Every machine enjoys maximum success with one.

The solar return (and other predictive charts) and transits, are your windows of opportunity. They also provide challenges to help you grow and explore the magic of your life, and living.

Synastry (and composite) charts describe the chemistry between two or more people, and the reason for the relationship, as well as the potential opportunities and challenges they shall face, face, and have faced.

Just like the natal and progressed charts — synastry and composite charts, are operating and repair manuals focused on your relationships. Along with a counseling astrologer, skilled in reading charts and therapeutic dialogue, you may enjoy a much faster and clearer repair of your relationship.

Covers the period of April 5th to 19th

Spring fever arrives with the stage set for surprise romances, friendships, and extra money in your pocket.

We’re in the thick of an Aries stellium. Aries is the sign of assertiveness, war, winning, initiative, masculine activities, and intense bursts of physical expression. It is the first sign of the zodiac and marks the first day of spring (vernal equinox) which was on March 20th this year. A stellium means there are three or more planets in the same sign, and it creates a specialized concentration of energy as it relates to the themes of that sign.

Right now we have the Sun, Venus, Mars, and Uranus in Aries. And with Jupiter still in Gemini, and connecting to this lust for life Aries stellium — lots of opportunities for unexpected romance, looking your best, movement, and financial well-being are available to you.

Aries is the next best time to assert new year resolutions made back in January. Yes, you have a second chance to make a fresh start or put something totally new on your agenda. And if love, money, and beauty are some of your goals – this is a fabulous time to get a head-start.

Aries: You and your fire sign friend, Leo, are about to be struck by cupid, beauty, and new friendships. Enjoy the heat, and stoke the fire. The scales are tipping to your favor.
Taurus: Invest in your finances, and see them grow faster than usual. For those green thumbs, start your gardening or nature projects and plans.
Gemini: Your self-esteem and zest for life is about to soar. Take time out to feed your mind, and your mouth with what’s hot at the moment.
Cancer: Bring more passion into your home by energizing your desires through spring cleaning.  It will ground you.
Leo: You and your fire sign friend, Aries, are about to be struck by cupid, beauty, and new friendships.  Bask in the light of the fire, and move past love lost.
Virgo: Work on your communication, and analysis for all tasks done.  It’s time to think about your educational interests again, and possibly a change in job — making more money.
Libra: Don’t fight or oppose what’s going on. Let it expand your mind, and let love in. Actually, invite that sparkly someone out to a lively meeting place.
Scorpio: Get wrapped up into all that intensity. You’re a little cautious about a younger or less experienced person.  Test the water, and don’t give up until you do. If they pass, show your warm side.
Sagittarius: You’ll get noticed if you get moving. Show off all your luscious love for living and learning large. What did you know before, and what do you know now?
Capricorn: Use all that friction as motivation to do it your own way. Break out of the mold, and entertain others through the music of your soul.
Aquarius: You’re in seventh heaven. All is well in your world, and you have more joys than you can handle. Build your love.
Pisces: Your mind keeps floating with fast thoughts, but not to worry — you’re moving forward and something will gel soon. Life on solid land can be had.

Jupiter square Chiron, on 27 March (14 Mar. – 5 Apr.)
Pluto sextile Chiron, on 4 April (15 Mar. – 23 Apr.)
Venus conjunction Mars, on 7 April (4 Apr. – 9 Apr.)

How Mercury Works in Your Natal Chart

Hey, what better time to think about how Mercury (and my Mercury) works in a natal chart than during Mercury Rx!

My Sun and Mercury have home signs (Leo and Virgo), so I’m seen as a strong thinker / communicator. It’s my natural talent. And  Aries is on the 3rd so I process information quickly, if I can get it quickly enough. I was considered a scatterbrain (my grade 6 teacher called me that) because I could think faster than I could talk. Yup, I’m a fast speaker and typist.

With a Virgo Mercury (and Aries on the third), I’m a fact hunter. I love the pure truth and knowledge. Combine Aries on the 3rd with Virgo Mercury, and you get an “interrogator” which is similar to (but not exactly like) having Mercury Aries, or Mercury-Mars. Now, from my perspective I’m just trying to get factual information quickly. And if I don’t integrate the Libra side of Aries into the picture, I can appear as pushy or aggressive — hence the “Interrogator” but that’s only if someone has a tendency to look on the negative side of life. My combination, in its neutrality, just says: Wanting to process facts quickly or Fast Facts. And I’ll cut people off from embellishments, and fluffy stuff to get it.

Inside my third house, I only have Chiron. Here are some ways this plays out:

* I’m a fearless communicator for those who can not speak their truth.
* I was wounded about my speech. My grade six teacher calling me scatterbrain.
* I took speech therapy for a lisp (I have a gap tooth) and my father didn’t want me to get surgery to correct it.
* I can wound people with my speech. I’ve been called intellectually dominating, have the ability to cut someone up, and be a hardcore debater. However, I have a high mind (Jupiter & Uranus in Libra) so it’s unlikely I would do that for kicks. I really think I could have been a lawyer.

I have no other celestial objects in Aries, other than Chiron.

Now, I was checking out my friend who has a lot of Aries and Virgo in his chart (including Mercury Aries, and Mars Virgo — he’s really a Mercury-Mars thinker / communicator too) but he doesn’t seem to have any sympathy for my communication challenges. Then again, he’s got Taurus on the 3rd. He likes to take time to process his information (slower talker, thinker)– this, of course, is in direct conflict with his Mercury Aries — who would usually want to process information quickly.

He also has the ability to tear me a new one, but it’s not usually logical or pin pointed enough for me (sorry hun!) so it doesn’t get him far. This makes his Aries (in to win) angry. But thankfully, since he has Taurus on the 3rd it’s similar to Venus-Mercury or Mercury Taurus so he caves and smooths it all over — eventually. ;-)

Going back to my natals, I have Mars in the 7th. My Mercury is colored by Mars so knowing what Mars is doing is very important. It means that I generally have what my partners, associates, and clients may consider “interrogation sessions” — well, my clients would consider it “therapy” ;P. I would rarely (if ever) behave in this way with strangers, people who are not in my inner circle, or people whom I am not trying to help.

If I’m in to win, it’s to win at gaining my own sense of clarity and understanding about a topic.  I love being clear. I love clear thoughts. I love knowing things clearly. I have great difficulty being in the fog, and unknown (Pisces).

I love other people sharing clear thoughts.  I am in respect, and awe at the clarity of other thoughts — when they rarely shine through (excuse my disdain at lack of clarity).  I’m like, “Go you. Sure, I can get behind that”.

I don’t want to sit and process my own thoughts, if your clear thoughts are right in front of me. I’m in for the solution. But I may piggy back off your thoughts, to arrive at new thoughts.  It’s all about learning more, moving forward, and getting to the absolute bottom of things.

QUESTIONS:

What sign is your Mercury in? What sign is on your third house cusp? What rules that sign, and what house does that planet reside in?

(Side-note: It’s also interesting to note that Mercury Rx Pisces is currently conjunct Mars! Astrology, got to love it.)

Life Skills (Words of Wisdom): The Life Cycle – Happiness and Accomplishments

(originally published June 20, 2005)

The Life Cycle:

  • Introduction
  • Growth
  • Maturity
  • Decline

I love The Life Cycle — often used in business regarding products — because it is a universal principle that applies to so many life issues.

I’m going to illustrate how The Life Cycle affects our happiness and accomplishments in life:

Note: A “crisis” section underneath each phase is written to state the “challenging” aspects of the phase moving forward.

The INTRODUCTION phase is about the newness of the thing. In relationships, that can be first meetings and in work, the first weeks. It’s about discovery and possibilities.
Crisis If one is always looking for the new, then nothing can grow and that deep intimate knowledge can never happen. A lot of superficiality can occur.

The GROWTH phase  is about making things “happen”. In relationships, this can mean moving towards getting a place together, vacationing, and blossoming the relationship with “truths” and healing each other’s “pasts”. In work, this can mean being in charge of a project that has a great effect on the work place.
Crisis If people get stuck in the growth stage it will be difficult to make something “worthwhile” happen!

The MATURITY phase is about standardizing and stabilizing. In relationships, this can mean getting married, having babies, getting a house, etc. etc… In work, this can mean setting standards, creating documentations, policies and procedures.
Crisis If you don’t allow innovation and the intro, growth cycle to re-occur — the road leads to decline and that means having to scramble to re-new the situation. Good planning allows for change.

The DECLINE phase is about staleness. The relationship might undergo a divorce, separation, or an affair. In work situations, a lay-off, wanting to quit, or huge dissatisfaction might occur.
Crisis If this stage comes to the surface, it’s hard to dig oneself out of the situation. A lot of people run and cut their losses but it doesn’t have to be that way.

We all have a “place” or two that we love to hover over. For me it’s the “Maturity and then back to Growth stage”. In my case, when it comes to work, this means that I love to put together plans, document processes and procedures, and help stabilize; however, I DO NOT want to be stuck in what I created or be forced by upper management or clients to succumb to my own designs. I want the option of re-visiting, updating, and innovating. Certifications, plans, processes, and programs are just “guides” or “tools” for a smoother ride but it doesn’t make or break anything.

But if I don’t have the option of growth, I usually quickly have a DECLINE crisis and might choose to terminate the relationship.

Some may enjoy the DECLINE stage.  For example, people who buy foreclosed homes, or feel want to retire.

Why is any of this important?

Because once you understand which area of the cycle you like to be in, you can either a) advise the people you live and work with or b) do things that allow you to stay in the cycle that’s most comfortable and that can be done in a healthy way.

Finally Revolve the Cycle. This can be achieved by:

  • understanding which state you are likely to hover over;
  • communicating that to the people that need to know (including yourself);
  • doing something that allows you to stay in that state for as long as possible while cycling out to maintain balance.

Synastry: Improving Human Relations w/ Astrology — the AC (1st house) & DC (7th house)

I’ve come across astrologers saying that person A’s Ascendant on person B’s Descendant makes for a good fit, but it wasn’t until tonight that I realized why.

Basically it goes like this: The 7th house is about what we need from others, and what we project onto them as doing or not doing.

7th house others, can be: romantic partners, a school-mate, a best friend, a business associate, etc. — basically someone we are strongly committed too by verbal, written, or action-oriented contract (for example).

If you don’t have a partner in life, who has their AC on your DC, you’ll probably be left wanting.  You’ll probably even find that your partner (if you have one) wants you to do your DC for them but are in no way prepared or interested in doing that for you — snubbing reciprocity, and fairness.

Example: I have Cancer on the DC. I find that my partners are often needy, and emotional.  Fact is, I am too.  I notice that they need or desire mothering, and nurturing.  The fact is, I ALSO want to be mothered and nurtured.

The 7th house is the house where we tend to want (subconsciously) to have our conscious actions to be mirrored (by the way, the reverse is true here! An insidious house this is), and where we can be co-dependent given that Venus Libra, and Juno naturally rule the house.

When we don’t get our DC needs met through our partner(s), we reduce our effectiveness and can feel unloved. In my case, it also causes emotional anxiety, instability, and uncertainty due to the at-home Moon sign of Cancer being on my DC. So…

Tip: Do your AC for others, and your DC for yourself.

Example: I have Cancer on the DC. I need to make MYSELF comfy, and give myself a dose of self-care. It is better not to put this kind of focus onto another, especially when they haven’t done so for me first, or haven’t asked for it.

It may seem selfish (Aries) at first, to use your DC traits on yourself when it’s natural to do it for others (Libra), but it’s what will ultimately create balance and harmonize the Aries-Libra polarity.

It’s also what will keep you honest. The fact is — you secretly want others to give you those DC traits and you’re or you’ve been role modeling in hopes that it will come back to you (and rarely will it, unless your partner’s AC is on your DC or some other signature mimics it). And if you’re unattached, you’ll want to take care of yourself so that you can a) attract healthy partners, and b) feel satisfied. “Have a relationship with yourself”.

To further harmonize and balance this polarity — and still do for others, you can share your ascendant qualities freely and without the pain that comes with sharing your descendant qualities.  That’s because you just do the ascendant really well.  In fact, you may not even know you’re doing it because it comes so naturally to you. It’s like a baby who may be unaware of its own body, being that Aries is the natural sign on the ascendant and is the baby of the zodiac. So it’s not going to hurt you to share this with others because you already posses these qualities in spades (unlike the descendant qualities that you feel were, has, or are missing and that you secretly hope to get resolved through another)!

So what can you give without hurting yourself?

Example: With Capricorn on my ascendant, I can share my Capricorn traits freely and naturally:

I can and do encourage self-management, seriousness, responsibility, productivity, organization, and dedication to one’s craft, or work. I provide jobs, and pay people. I inspire goal making. I give business advice. And I share my living example that the vow of in sickness and in health is not just an empty promise, or one to take lightly — it’s a commitment to honor, and is honorable.

I don’t need to gain any of this through someone else. I already possess these skills, and traits. I am not in need here. And when I provide this to my partners (committed others), I feel more empowered and stronger in my own life, and business.

What is better to give more to yourself (the descendant) than to others? What can you give (your rising sign qualities, the AC), with glee, to others?

Divine Languages: Astrology & Other Oracles

As we speak, we divine. We are oracles. We are gods or god is within us. ~ Abella Arthur

I was thinking today about astrology being a language, an ancient symbolic one — one that can tell us a lot about ourselves, the past, and the future. Then I realized that our own native language — whether that be French, Italian, Russian, or English can also do the same.

All languages — whether oral, written, visual, ancient, symbolic, or physical — are divine.

My native language is English. When I read people’s words, hear what is said, I can divine the future. Even within a word, such as “persecute” and its mythological roots of “Perseus“, there is so much that can be known as to what is about to happen. When using language to communicate messages — past, present, and future – we are all acting as oracles.

When I think of medieval times, I think of the ‘common people’ tending to and enjoying physical things but when speaking or reading occurred, words seemed to be weighty and serious. Serious times bring to mind declarations, rules, and laws spoken in big ominous halls, spells cast in caves, or speeches uttered upon a 19th Century soapbox.

There is something sacred in the words we speak. Words hold power: They can change our opinion, tug at our emotions, or cause us to take action.

Quotes like the following suggest the power in words:

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

Don’t speak until you’ve been spoken to.

When I went to find quotations about speaking, the majority (if not all) of the sayings on one website said not to talk unless you want to be considered a fool, because only the wise speak.

To speak and to speak well are two things.  A fool may talk, but a wise man speaks.  ~Ben Jonson

Don’t speak unless you can improve on the silence.  ~Spanish Proverb

Let a fool hold his tongue and he will pass for a sage.  ~Pubilius Syrus

Or the suggestion is that if you’re going to say it, you better stand by it, or water it down so it doesn’t have as much strength.

If you wouldn’t write it and sign it, don’t say it.  ~Earl Wilson

Euphemisms are unpleasant truths wearing diplomatic cologne.  ~Quentin Crisp

Words have been dumbed down, and have lost meaning. People rarely speak with authority, or wisdom — rather waiting for someone else to say it or re-quoting because they may fear saying it themselves.

We’ve been told to shut up, don’t think, and surely do not express ourselves or have a voice. Because of this constant oppression, we’ve forgotten our voices.  We’ve forgotten the power to love, and heal through our words, as well as destroy and hurt.

Did you know that Logos means, Gods word or The Word of God. Whereas a logo is a “graphical representation or symbol of a company name, trademark, abbreviation, etc.” Source The fact is that logo is derived from logos.  The God(s) have chosen to speak to us in symbols. The language chosen is a universal one that is visual and symbolic. Astrology and tarot are two languages the Gods use to speak to us. Everyone can learn how to read astrology and tarot.  We are all oracles.

Logos is logical. Logos is related to thought, and reason. God is rational. We are rational, in an irrational world. The world is backwards, with the law of opposites. We are irrational, in a rational world. Whatever we think to be the case, isn’t.

That is one reason why it is so very important to LISTEN to what others have to say. Often what is said is backwards. If they say they *don’t*, they do.  If they say they *do*, they don’t. People tell us what’s going to happen, especially in relationship to them.

As much as we, as a people, have diluted our speech to be less charged and more palatable with double speak and euphemisms, people still can’t help being oracles; it’s in our DNA to speak logos.

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

John 1:14-18 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld his glory…

When we speak, we divine. We are oracles. We are gods or god is within us.

Interpreting Astrology

When we interpret one language into another, like I do when I interpret astrology or tarot into a language my client or friend understands, we will be imperfect and probably come up with something slightly different than another interpreter. That’s because language is an art, a humanity. Each human being has a slightly different perception of their reality, so we will divine different insights from what we hear and see.  Because of that, no interpretation is perfect; therefore, no astrologer will be perfect in their interpretation or express something in a way that the client will understand. Take the best, and leave the rest.  If it sounds off, it is off.

Divine Language: Name & Word Divination Through Language

Name or Word Divination

In and around 2007, I interviewed a wonderful pixie of a sweetheart.  Unfortunately her skill couldn’t be used in my company; however, I will never forget what she taught me.  She taught me to divine information about a person through their name. She learned this from someone else, and now I’m sharing this bit of wisdom with you…

Try this: Take your first and/or last name and try to find words in it, by sound or otherwise. For example, Arthur has the words art, and her as well as hidden or shadow words: rut, rat, and wrath. Glean meaning.

Again: Take your name, scramble it around like an anagram, and what do you get? What do you get without scrambling it around? What does it ‘sound’ like phonetically? What if you say it quickly? What does your name tell you about yourself? That’s what it will tell others subconsciously.  Your name is a logo.  Your name is logos.

My name is Abella Arthur.

I get:

  • Bell
  • Bella
  • Art
  • Be (meaning: just be yourself)
  • Abe (meaning: man, or American president — Abe Lincoln)
  • Phonetics: her (hur)
  • Phonetics: author (Arthur)
  • Phonetics: true (tru)

If I were to give myself a reading, I might say something like this:

Abella, You are a bell ringer.  You are a bringer of truth about people being ‘real’, and just ‘being’ themselves.  You have a spiritual and authoritative nature which is meant to free the people from thought slavery. Beauty is important to you, and art surrounds you.  In your life, you will write about the art of being.

Each word or name holds meaning (beyond what can be found in a dictionary definition). Each word is sacred, and divine.

Abella’s Astro Play: How Can You Make Money Easily?

**MAKING MONEY**

—> Intermediate to advanced knowledge of astrology required! <—

What’s on your 2nd? What planet rules that sign? Now go find that planet. What house is it in? That’s where you can make money easily.

What are your specifics?

*Note: Keep it simple. Don’t get creative. Just fill in the blanks with as little information as possible*

  1. What is on my 2nd? ____________.
  2. Ruling planet (s)? ______________.
  3. What houses is / are they in? __________.

Here are mine:

  1. What is on my 2nd? Aquarius.
  2. Ruling planets)? Uranus and Saturn.
  3. What houses is / are they in? 8/9 and 4.

Now tell yourself how can you make money easily.

Keyword and phrase it out if you want to get a firm grasp on how to make money easily. I won’t be doing it for you but I will give you a helping hand.

Aquarius is connected to teaching, computers, humanity, astrology, social relationships, groups, technology, eccentricity, difference, etc.

Uranus is in my 8th and 9th house and that has to do with making money easily being an employer, and as it relates to unusual, innovative, or shocking sexual, transformational, financial debt, insurance, psychological, business, law, teaching, publishing, travel, spirituality, and/or occult practices.

Saturn is in my 4th, of house, home, and roots.  Saturn is old and wise.  It also tests, and teaches. And it’s also ambitious, and focused on worldly matters such as government, business, and money.

How can I make money easily?

There may be a lot of thoughts as to what that means.  Basically it means:  What can you make money at doing that will meet with the least resistance?  What can you do naturally, without even going to school to learn how to do it? What would someone be willing to pay you for without a second thought? Keep in mind, that depending on how your Jupiter and MC are aspected — you more than likely have to work at letting others know you’re doing what you’re doing, and then demonstrate this natural talent.

This is what I do to make money easily…

I work from home, running my own businesses, in the occult industry. I’m at least a third generation psychic, and this skill has been passed down to me.

I provide consultations using ancient wisdom and work deeply with my clients’ psyche. I published a book about tarot. I employ many independent contractors to do psychic work. Aquarius is connected to networks, and I work with a large number of people in my day-to-day world through email and phoning. It is easy for me to make connections with strangers, and earn money from them.

Prior to this psychic gig (smile) I was a certified web designer, working from home.

Your turn… ;-)

Notes: If you want to make it more complex, or get creative — do so AFTER the simple play.

For example, I have an intercepted 2nd house which contains Pisces.  Neptune is in my 10th house. The general public accepts and sees me as a psychic.  I can also be seen as someone magical, and artistic.  My next career, after this one, will be in fine arts! :-D

You may also note that whatever you learn about yourself in the way of making money easy, will show itself in other ways in your natal chart whether it be through aspects, fixed stars, or other houses as a starting point.  That’s the beauty of astrology — it’s a language (like any other) that allows you to arrive at the same or similar conclusion by using different symbols and parts of the chart.

Oh, and my Jupiter and MC are not very happily aspected.  I’ve got to work like a dog to make money, BUT I am not working against myself when I’m doing what I talk about above. It’s a natural fit. I have natural talent in Uranian, Saturnian, 4th, 8th / 9th house activities and people value this talent enough to think nothing of paying me for it.  Actually getting PAID for it, is a different story. *chuckle* The sales cycle is often looooonnnggg.  Maybe that’s Saturn’s doing. hehe But I’m working with Uranus to close deals faster. ;P

Personal Diary Update

WoW, I’ve been ultra busy (especially since the Venus Rx which hit my 5th house).

Has it been days since I’ve last posted?! Whoops.

I’m doing a consultation sale with my regular clients so that has been keeping me busy.

I also got a new Blackberry phone — a few months overdue as my old one (3+ years old) finally died.  Anyway, I’m now awake to the world of App’s! LOL And I’m trying to find a good Blackberry app for cycling GPS maps, preferably with turn-by-turn navigation.  Am I dreaming?  I want to also program my own route and maybe even be suggested one too.  Speed, distance, and hill incline are nice-to-have too.  So yes, I’ve been biking quite a bit.  I lost over 8 pounds in 4 weeks and I think a lot of it was due to cycling because I had some take-out, outside, and restaurant food (though I stuck with meat and vege, skip the bread / high carb items).  Oh and I finally got cycling specific rain/wind pants, a new huge bell, and rain / full finger bike gloves. Still need the fenders and back rack + bags for a tour I hope to do this summer – plus rain rides.

Saw the Snow White and Huntsman movie and I didn’t like it much — a forgettable movie except that I can’t seem to forget the cinematography was severely lacking in my opinion.  And because of that, there appeared to be a lot of over-acting.

Knitting is coming along.  I’m making a scarf and taking classes.  This year my family and friends are getting scarves, hats, socks, and other nicely knitted items.

I lost almost 10 pounds in one month.  I’m going for 12-13 a month.

Got a super fabulous hair treatment from my friend and hairstylist Roxanne Muir.  If you’re in Toronto, hit her up!

World Transit: Moon Trine Neptune, and Personal Reflections on Chiron, the Sesquare, & Moon Conjunct Neptune

It’s been awhile since I’ve had music on here.
I feel like it’s a Neptunian day. Let me check the world transits…

And so it is — we have Scorpio Moon (1° when I checked it) Trine Neptune Pisces, also Neptune Conjunct Chiron.
I imagine we’ll have many spiritual days and soulful sounds in 2012 with Neptune in Pisces

I’m already in tune with these energies since I have Moon (Virgo) Sextile Neptune (Scorpio) and Chiron in Pisces.
And I’m working on my Neptune Sesquiquadrate Chiron in talk therapy for 2012 as these two bodies conjunct and land in my 12th in the SR this year.  I’m actually doing this in an institutional environment. Astrogasm!

I wrote about the sesquare aspect (three full posts on one aspect!) a long time ago…
I basically see this aspect as a different ability, and where you need help to rise to the challenges of society. It’s also where you’re naturally disconnected from society, with an unusual awareness that isn’t accepted by the masses.

As usual, there’s so many ways to read something and right now I’m reading my Neptune Sesquiquadrate Chiron aspect as if it were about me healing my spiritual wounds.  I’m doing this with the assistance of a vision quester through narrative therapy.

I can see the spiritual wounds of others but often they can’t see it.  And what’s worse, is that while I’m busy paying attention to others (other, public chart) I haven’t been able to readily see my own.    This is a challenge and one reason why I decided not to become a psychologist and work with my own psychology instead.  And I’ve decided the best way to help others heal, through me, is eventually through my art.

I’ll help heal others in the Neptunian way.

World Transit: Moon Scorpio Trine Neptune Pisces — Spiritual reflection, soulful union to Gaia or one’s mother, finding peace (yourself) in music, investigating feelings, feeling out your environment, foods that heal.

Recommended music for today:  Enigma, Cafe Del Mar, Buddha Bar, Julee Cruise, and Thomas Dybdahl. Listen on Youtube, Start here

Skeptics and Believers: Enjoying Summer Astro Fun With Family

Well, there’s a reason I missed New Orlean’s UAC 2012 and that’s an unexpected Uranian visit from my sister from out west whom I haven’t seen in years!

Interestingly, Uranus was at 7° Aries and landed just outside my 3rd house that begins at 9° Aries so that 2° orb is interesting because the 3rd house represents siblings and as I’ve mentioned it was a ‘surprise visit’.  She had driven to my city from out west and didn’t give us an arrival time! And when I say that, I mean she didn’t tell us even ‘what week’ she’d be arriving.  LOL

So Uranus conjunct 3rd house, in my case, meant:  Sudden visit from sibling, by car! :-D

It is also conjunct Chiron and it was a surprisingly and shockingly ‘healing’ visit as well.  She felt like a stable element in my life that I had been missing.  Then again, she’s a sweet Taurus!

Back to Uranus Conjunct Chiron, I’ll also be doing some much needed ‘talk therapy’ in the area (will be doing some short travel, for my meetings, with my bike) and I really hope I’ll get some sudden insights that heal . Of course, it can also indicate sudden or shocking wounds.  Let me channel the positive though.

Also, Saturn is transiting my 9th house and that’s what kept me at home.  Boo re: UAC but yay for my sister visiting.

Tonight we had a family, extended family, and friends get together.  I ended up reading for everyone on an iPad (not mine!!) unexpectedly and is often the case, everyone volleyed to be read except the two Capricorn’s (lol — too proud and proper, I suppose — I’ll read them another time when it’s more ‘private’) and a skeptical Cancer that was ‘drilling’ me later on.

Anyway, the Cancer was asking me questions that would of had me teaching him astrology, while questioning and subtly disrespecting it.  LOL … Pretty normal but also annoying to this passionate astrologer.  Then he said something about reading his daughter at a next event and that it would be fun (I guess, for him) because I don’t like reading for people that are testing and judging my work with a ‘fail’ or ‘what can you get’ slant.  That’s no fun for me, though I know that’s fun for some of my colleagues.

So I said he’d have to pay me to do it. LOL  He even said at one point about an experience with a psychic and testing them: “You’re the psychic, you tell me”. *eye roll* But I’m not THAT kind of psychic.  I’m not the “dance for me psychic, dance” puppet on a string kind of psychic. LOL I’m a consultant who has knowledge, awareness, compassion, and connection.

For the hundredth time:

“No, I’m not a stereotypical psychic.  No, I don’t have a store front reading parlour.  No, I don’t have a 1800 number.  No, I don’t cold read (I read over the phone!), No, I’m not a psychic without tools.  No, I’m not a police psychic.” Can I be all those things?! Yes, I can.  But only in small doses and as a choice — not a given.

What I would like is to receive questions from someone who respects me even if they don’t respect what I do. And I did get those kinds of questions from some of my family, which I greatly appreciate.

And even though my astrology says that I should back-down from such ‘interviews’, it’s so very hard NOT to engage because I don’t want them polluting the minds of my loved ones with fancy thoughts about what it is that I do.  Hmpf!

Anyway, I LOVE how I get to know people through astrology.  Once we get into their chart, they just open up and I get to see another side to them that they were not showing previously.  It’s a wonderful way to connect more deeply with loved ones and new friends.

Also, I love when people say:  How do you know what that says?  And I tell them, it’s a language — takes years to learn. ;-D

It’s just really nice to know such an obscure symbolic language.  Cool factor = high!

And it was really nice for one of my family members to say:  I didn’t get why you got into all of this but now I know why (as in, You can really make a difference in people’s lives and that must feel great!! Yay).

Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Until next time… Much love,

Jucy

p.s. Have Mercury Conjunct Jupiter? You probably LOVE reading.  Also, you could be an author if you have the grits for it. If you don’t, you’ll find yourself sinking right into storylines and making up one’s up as you go along (ie, different endings, etc.).  Mercury Scorpio Conjunct Jupiter = Love of mystery novels and true crime stories.

My *Sale* is Extended until Tuesday May 29th, 2012.

I probably won’t have a ‘social friends’ sale again so get it while it’s at a hot and happy price point. :D

First sessions are always going to be more expensive than when you become a client and we meet once or more times in the year.  It’s currently set at an intake fee of $139 but that will only go up as I gain more experience and knowledge.  Right now, you can get your first session around the price of a regular client.  And after you get my ‘first session’ at this price, I’ll put you on my ‘client list’ and they’re all enjoying 50% off ‘client rates’!!! So it’s in the $50-60 range… It pays to be a client; don’t delay and make your payment.

You can choose from The Kitchen Sink (astrology, numerology, tarot, psychic, etc.) or Astrology (natal, synastry, progressions, solar returns, etc.)

If you already know too much about astrology and are looking for complex answers from me (that you haven’t found elsewhere), focus on The Kitchen Sink (of which half or more is tarot).  If you know more about tarot and hardly anything about astrology, choose an astrology consultation.

If you’re at an intermediate to advanced level for both, you probably won’t get much more out of me but I’ll confirm what you already know to be true and may surprise you (may!).  I’m at an advanced professional level with mastery in bits and pieces, but I’m not a Master Astrologer or Master Tarot Reader. Give me another 10 years, or not.

P.s. I’m not here to perform the extraordinary (only that one *big guy in the sky can) even if my readings and consultations are out of this world. :P

The world’s people are opening up to LIFE.

Yesterday I had a series of posts (from different friends) with outstretched open arms. Literally it came up on my timeline one after the other (should have done a screenshot – ah, whatever. LOL). A sign for this Neptune Scorpio in the 10th, if I ever saw one. :-)

The world’s people are opening up to LIFE.

Sunday May 20 – Sun Enters Gemini, New Moon Gemini, Solar Eclipse, Aspects, & Venus Rx…!

Lots to celebrate, reflect upon, and think about with these upcoming celestial events.
Gemini and Libra are air signs and they like to talk it out, think it out, and express themselves assertively and with evenness.

Dates/Times

Sun Gemini 0° (exact on May 20th 11:16am EST), New Moon Gemini 0° (Exact on May 20th,7:05pm EST), Venus Gemini Rx 23°25, Saturn Libra 23°45 — Aspects: Sun Conjunct New Moon, Venus Rx Trine Saturn

A number of keywords for Gemini:  Changeable, love of variety and mental excitement, $20 words, a gift for the gab, writers and communicators, intelligent, flighty, fickle, two sides, the watchers and observers, song-writing, jingles, text messaging, telephoning, email, board (not bored) games, Scrabble!, Trivial Pursuit, siblings, neighbours, learning, discovering, taking it all in, quick, witty, versatile, mental gymnastics, trade and commerce, sales…

The Sun & Moon are overwhelmingly happy and content with each other today and the Sun will get eclipsed (Solar Eclipse).  I see this as the ego and self-interests being overshadowed and making way for the process of reconnecting and communicating with our emotional selves.  We want to get in touch, understand, know, and communicate our feelings to others and more importantly — to ourselves!

Through the Venus Rx-Saturn Trine, Venus is re-evaluating her mighty and long-lasting karmic commitments she’s made to her finances, beauty, self-esteem, love, friendships, and relationships.  She is taking a look at whether she wants to be further tested in these areas or make the final ascent to reach and end her old goals.  For the most part, she’s done with what’s went on in the past.

Now Saturn is in Libra and Libra is at home in Venus so Venus Rx Trine Saturn is an important aspect as it relates to Libran themes, issues, and opportunities.

Saturn Libra has been doing a dance since 2009 but it’s since July 2010 that we’ve all really noticed serious and very real restrictions in our partnerships, art, contracts, finances, etc..

Saturn Libra is helping Venus take a fair and balanced look at all this.

And Saturn enters Scorpio in October 2012 so Saturn has 4 more months to do its work in finalizing and marking the tests our relationships, art, money, beauty, etc. have had to endure for quite some time..

As well, Saturn Libra is in Trine with Venus Rx until roughly August 7th which is also around the time that Venus is completely out of the shadow period (July 31). So by the start of August, the majority of us will begin to have a solid footing on where we are going next in the Libran areas of our lives.

Yes, we will feel more comfort, at ease, and at home with ourselves, and our renewed and redone commitments.

That’s a relief because the last two years have been the most trying years of my life (in memory. LOL)

Which house will the Sun, New Moon, and Venus Rx in Gemini land in your chart? Where’s Libra? Have you ever done a New Moon ritual or intention?

Things you can do?  Send a message of love, send a package of joy, write out verbal hugs, express heartfelt thanks and gratitude. Name your feelings.  Meditate upon your relationship to yourself, money, beauty, art, etc..

By the way, Sunday is my FAVORITE day.

RIP Etta James

A Lecture is devoid of a conversation

A lecture is something that is devoid of a conversation.

What’s a conversation?  It’s when more than one person is exchanging ideas, thoughts, feelings, and/or impressions.

If you don’t want to be lectured at, speak up — ask questions, and make comments.  Don’t let the other person control what goes on unless you are enjoying the lecture.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t allow you to speak, speak to someone in the ‘help industry’ such as a crisis center, therapist, counselor, etc. so you can gain the tools and resources to assert yourself.

You never have to hear a lecture again unless you’ve agreed to such an arrangement!

Much love <3

Some Recent Astrogasm Search Terms & Replies :-)

These are recent search terms so I thought I’d say a few things about them. :-)

  • moon square Chiron 2 — Wounded feelings or wounding emotions.
  • moon square chiron transit 2 — See above.  This transit sucks. ;-)
  • venus in 9th house 2 — You have a love of higher knowledge, spirituality, equality, and art. And that’s what you can study.
  • gemini in the 6th house 2 jobs 1 — Gemini’s love variety and hate boredom.  Have Gemini in the 6th and yup, you will usually have more than 1 job.  And wherever you have Gemini, usually means you’ll have more than one of that thing.  Like I also have Gemini in the 5th and I have more than one hobby.  In fact, I have MANY.
  • synastry so much of oppositions 1 – Sorry to hear that.  It’s a challenge, for sure.  Good luck.
  • aquarius in the 7th house 1 — This one is a challenge too.  This is an independent, in relationships signature but at the same time, it’s hard to give freedom to your partner OR your partner wants ‘too much’ freedom (like you!)
  • saturn and venus conjunction astrology 1 — Long lasting love.  Being in love with the old.  ie. You can still love people 20 years down the road, as if it were yesterday.  That “in love” chemical never really dies with this aspect.
  • venus saturn friends 1 — Long lasting and loyal friends though with the square, the friendship may never really get off the ground and instead can hang in the background indefinitely.  Trines or sextiles are easier…
  • sextile signs 1 — Lots of opportunity and agitation.  It can be good for bad.

Do You Have The GIFT?!

A student said I had the ‘gift’ because they were not getting something I was getting and because they believe in my talent. *eye roll*

Sorry student if you’re reading this – you know I <3 you but aside from the kudos (thanks!) it’s important to be honest with yourself and not externalize what you consider, failure for knowing.

My reply was:  I have the “gift”, if it’s the ‘gift of analysis. :-P

Seriously, yes… that’s what I’m gifted in:  Putting seemingly unrelated items together; pulling stuff apart and putting it back together again, only to pull it apart again; seeing patterns; and making wild connections. :D

So yes, I’m naturally ‘gifted’ at that with my Mercury Conjunct South Node but not Conjunct Pluto in the 8th and in the sign of Virgo, along with my Virgo stellium!!

But anyone can learn anything they want to learn with time, practice, desire, and an open mind.

I also reminded the student that she’s incredibly bright, studious, and able to analyze quite well but from what I understand — she wants an ‘external’ reward for doing so.  That’s maybe a differentiator between myself and many others.

My reward is finding a solution — MY solution.  It doesn’t have to be anyone else’s, no one has to agree, or clap their hands in praise of my almighty mind… LOL though that’s always appreciated says my Leo Sun-Mars in the 7th. ;P

Now, this may be a news flash to some of you but EVERYONE has a gift.  Yup, you too.  Yup, you’re gifted in some way too.

What are you gifted in?  What do you find you seem to do naturally well but is often harder for other people to do?  Did you suppress or stunt your gift, only to find it blooming later in life?  What, astrologically, do you think represents your ‘gift‘?

And if you don’t think you’re gifted in something, I feel it’s important to check your self-esteem.  And frankly, I’d encourage you to get some talk therapy about that too.  Lack of confidence and low self esteem are a couple of things that will hold you and others back in life if you don’t deal with it.

If you’re not sure how your gift shows up astrologically, that’s entirely different and probably has nothing to do with low self-esteem.

(Note: Self-esteem issues are connected to the 2nd house so it’s a good starting point to explore that; however, other houses and signatures also point to this.)

TarotSeek: Tarot Card ‘Anchors’

My ebook Psychic Jucy’s TarotSeek:  Learn How To Read Tarot Cards For Yourself is  about giving a reader a method of reading that will give instant, accurate, and objective readings without any formal tarot training, memorization, or long-winded reading.

Having said that, if the reader is lacking confidence in their abilities (ie new to reading or doesn’t believe they have the *gift* cough, cough) it can be very hard for them to interpret their ‘answers’ or ‘responses’.

Today, a student mentioned that the Tarot Prompt: Describe the card meant that all the cards would eventually mean the same thing and she wouldn’t get anything new out of it.

I said that’s only one prompt.  What about this one:  What’s the first thing you see?  Is the light in the Hermit’s card the first thing you always see?  Or maybe do you see the mountain, walking stick, or beard first?  Whatever you see first becomes the ‘anchor’ of your response.  It has meaning, and there’s a reason why you see one thing over another first.

Also, after you’ve described the card once or twice, you don’t have to keep doing it for that deck, as you’ve already done it.  And doing it, connects you with the card’s core meaning.

TarotSeek is a tool for traditional tarot reading, as well as standing on its own as an original method of tarot reading.

Meditation & Learning Meditation: Deepak Chopra’s Leela™ (Wii & 360)

Deepak Chopra’s Leela™ is a MEDITATION game. Yup, you heard that right. And by the way, it works.

I just got this in tonight and it’s perfect for the first day of Venus RX especially since I wrote about expanding my meditation practice.

And I’ll be working out how to beautify and balance my thinking and speaking with a daily meditation and self-love practice as well as re-formulating communication tasks and the environment I do them in – April 6th, 2012 blog post

I tell you, I really AM on auto-pilot (driven by the universe) a lot of the times.  LOL

I ordered this for my Wii about a week ago and when I wrote the above, I was thinking of the meditation programs I already have like:  Walking Meditation, 8 Minute Meditation, and Mindfulness Meditation!  I really didn’t think I’d be getting Leela in but I’m so happy I did.

Leela, in Sanskrit, means PLAY.  And my Venus Rx is currently in the 5th house and I’m ready to re-energize, review, and rethink my playtime.

I believe I’ll be looking at bringing more art, money, cerebral play, and romance into my life.

And the ‘active’ part of Leela IS a sort of mindless cerebral play that is a feast for the eyes — perfect for Venus Gemini. By the way Deepak is a Libra/Scorpio cusp.  Hrmm. Cool.

There’s two parts. One part is active and one part is reflective. The active part gets you doing mind numbing and peaceful actions that give a sense of growing something. The reflective part gets you to rest and do nothing, go within.

As I play with it more, I’ll update this blog post.

You can get Leela on Amazon.

Mars Direct: Get Out Of the Kitchen, If You Can’t Stand The Heat Because There’s Still Much Work To Do

I’m  “Sweating to the Oldies” ♪ today….

Today, I have tr. Mars Direct Conjunct na. Mercury 0°11a

And the world is experiencing Mars Trine Pluto, Mercury is Trine Mars, Mars Inconjunct Uranus, Mars Opposite Neptune, Mars Opposite Chiron.

I’ve been wanting to write a post on The Astrology of Bullying & Abuse, for over a year now, and hopefully I’ll get into that groove soon.  It’ll be a long one — filled with sources and resources — so I’ll want to carve out a couple of weeks where I can devote time to writing about it as it’s a serious topic and I want to make sure I give it as thorough a treatment as possible — maybe even in a series.

At any rate, today I have an overwhelming desire to communicate about abuse, bullying, and harsh behaviour that has went on in the past. Also, there was some communication about FIRE and the testing of fire alarms.

Transiting Mars is at 8° Virgo (considered a critical degree if it were fixed) which is my natal Mercury.

The number 8 also relates to power, wealth, and health and the month of August is the 8th month in the Gregorian calendar and the Sun is at home in Leo.

And on that note, indicators in a SR for abuse and bullying themes that can either transform, destroy, or cause you to take forceful action?

Sun in the 8th – Death of self. Sun Conjunct Pluto. And when it’s in the orb of influence of another planet, we get more information.  For example, if the Sun is communicating with Venus: Death of self, as it relates to what you love or ability to earn a living through others, is likely to happen.

If you’re getting carried away with the death part, Sun in the 8th doesn’t always mean a literal death though it can feel like you’re dying because if you ever lost someone you loved, you know it can feel like a part of yourself is being torn away from you and at the time it’s as if all your joy and life force has been taken away from you — plus it can lead to physical degradation if you don’t take care of yourself in a time of such stress. And anyway, that’s only one manifestation of Sun-Venus in the 8th of an SR.

Mars in the 8th is also another possibility being that Scorpio (the natural house ruler for the 8th) is also co-ruled by Mars.

Mars can indicate a fiery temperament, self-gratification, indifference to the needs of others — one-track aggressive actions, like a freight train and when it’s in the 8th, it could become a train-wreck — wrecking havoc in one’s life and others.

Of course, it’s never so cut and dry.  Lets say you have Sun-Mercury in your 8th house SR, that could mean that you are ‘talking about abuse’ as in you are doing talks or seminars or it could mean you are actually hearing or communicating abusive language.  The possibilities are endless and reading the whole chart will give the whole picture.  And by the way, whole chart reading (at least for me) takes a few sessions to really work it all out.

And while useful and helpful — a blog post, book, or report can only go so far. A professional astrologer becomes invaluable in sorting out all the little details that these mediums can and will overlook. So, as usual, know that there’s a lot more to what could indicate abuse and bullying in an SR. Also keep in mind, I’m looking at these signs, planets, and houses in the ‘negative’ light.

Life is full of dualities and the positive can and does co-exist with the negative.  Rarely anything or anyone is 100% bad or good, which is why knowing the  ‘context’ or lens (that information is being viewed under) is quite important for responsible reading.

Note: Not only does the Sun in the 8th become Sun Conjunct Pluto but it’s also Sun (Leo) Square Pluto (Scorpio) and Sun Trine Mars (Aries).

Oh and indicators in a SR for fire in your home for that year: Pluto in the 4th, and maybe Mars. Which reminds me, Neptune in the 4th can indicate a flood in the home.

Some Mars Dates:
Turned Direct April 13th EST
In Shadow until June 19th EST

You’re #1: Who Comes First When Communicating?

I had initiated a conversation about something I didn’t like being said to me and then the other person started talking about what they didn’t like about something I said to them a long time ago (but had never told me), skipping right over what I wanted to talk to them about.

I said to them:  Hey, I’m #1 here.  You’re coming in as a #2 but you’re a #1 too.  If you have something to bring up, initiate a conversation about that topic (at that time) and be the #1 that you are.  Otherwise, when you come in as a #2, you make me a #2 and I’m a #1 who doesn’t like going around and around in circles.  And at the very least, address and acknowledge what I’m talking about, come to a resolution with me and then we can talk about your stuff.

If you have something to say, say it first.  Don’t wait for the other person to open the door and follow in behind them.  That’s not fair, empowering, or helpful.

Remember that you’re #1 and so are they.

Words of Wisdom: Ten Things You Need To Know About Your Life

In my mind, the main purpose of all our human lives is the love of wisdom and the wisdom to love.

If you do that, you are probably leading a happier life.

1. Take care of your body.  There are so many wonderful and different bodies out there but the only perfect body is yours.  If you’ve made it imperfect by believing it was imperfect, it may be time to bring it back to it’s perfectly natural state as you possibly can and then honour it this time. Virgo, Vesta — the 6th house asks us to have daily practices that bring health and wellness into your life. Search these practices out, if you don’t already have them.

2. Everything that happens to and around you are lessons for you to learn from.  In many ways we are all children, no matter our age.

3. Enjoy the happy accidents.  Perfection is in imperfection.  Failed plans are opportunities for something great to happen.  Embrace what you didn’t expect.  Expect the unexpected. Let Uranus guide you in discovering what life has to offer, in all its irregular shapes and sizes.

4. Patterns. If you find yourself making the same mistake over-and-over again, you likely have an aversion to learning or graduating from a course of learning. Life can be tough and maybe you want things easy so you figure it’s better to sit in a pile of mess you’re comfortable with then get out of it and start some other pile of mess.  You’re wrong.  After you pass that one lesson, it’ll make the next easier to handle and you’ll gain confidence and joy. If you have Saturn in your 3rd or 9th houses: Blocking the road to wellness, out of fear of having to take responsibility for the life you lead, may be one cause for repetition and failure to learn.  But it’s not the only signature because I don’t have Saturn in those houses and I have failed to learn many things and have had to go through it all over again.  What I’ve been learning to do, is to slow down. I think one personal signature that has casued me to repeat lessons not learned is Mars Square Saturn.

5. The work is never done so learn to enjoy whatever you are doing, in the moment.  Flow. Flow from one lesson into another.  A never ending sea of Neptunian delights. Let everything inspire you (The Sun) towards a magical life.

6. Wherever you are, is where you’re supposed to be.  Be in the moment.  Learn every lesson.  Even if you don’t like where you are, it’s only temporary.  It’s always only temporary.  Remind yourself of that. You’re never where you want to or will be, so enjoy being where you are.

7. Projection.  We all have a 7th house.  We all project.  If you have something nasty or nice to say about someone else, that’s because it’s within you or was within you.  You can’t know what you don’t own (by the way, know contains the word own, k is silent).  And what you love or hate about someone else is what you love or hate about yourself.  So the next time you find yourself admiring someone else (like me, Oh so Leo. ;p) remember to admire that about yourself!! Yes, it might not be as ‘out there’ but you have it.

Update: The psychological term for #7 is called, projection or displacement — I really wish a lot more people would get this… then again, it’s kind of cool to learn about how people view themselves (through others). Listen to what people have to say, good or bad about others and they are telling you about themselves. If they’re quiet or don’t ever say anything about other people, be afraid — be very afraid. And even though I know of this phenomena, I STILL will make note of the good and bad that I see, myself. Having said that, if you’ve been taught to recognize something in others (say you’re law enforcement, psychologist, or you’ve read some articles about something you knew nothing before about etc…), then it may not be a projection.

The important thing is not to stop noticing good and bad in others, but to notice that that good and bad exists within you too. That’s when the magic of compassion, understanding, and self-development ignites.

8. As an adult, you have everything you need — all the resources you could ever want is currently at your feet, a phone call, chat, or walk away.  You’ve been provided with everything you need, in this moment — remember it.  It may not be in the package you readily seek but you have it. It’s there to be taken and if you don’t know how to take it, wellness providers (like myself) can help you tap into these resources.

9. As a psychic I can’t remember how many times I’ve said this.  And this is another reason why I created TarotSeek.  The best answers lie within.  You know everything.  Yup, there’s nothing you don’t know.  You may not be able to always put words to it and it might be buried deep, but you know everything. As a tarot reader, I connect with you to access the answers you and others hold.  I’m not godly, I’m just connected and present.

So I ultimately don’t believe in regular tarot readings.  I believe in my style of tarot reading (when you don’t read the cards all by yourself) which is about accessing YOUR wisdom and that’s why I’m YOUR Wisdom Guide!

10. When I teach people tarot, I always tell them that no matter what they say — they’ll always be right.  Tarot is story telling, telling true stories.  But if they think they are not allowed to read, they won’t succeed.  However, one of the things I do give freely to others is confidence (Sun in the 7th) so when you work with me. you’ll very likely achieve things you never thought you could. Just try to remember that I helped you along your way and let other people know too so they can benefit from my gifts as well.
